I used to love this location because they did a good job and always made my sandwiches just the way I wanted. I would go at least twice a week, as it is a very convenient lunch spot! However, after my last experience at this location I will never go back. When I walked in, there was no other customers (woo hoo, I can get in and out fast!) however, the girl behind the counter was too preoccupied with taking the temperatures of the ingredients with a little gun and scraping old dirty ingredients on the counter off onto the floor with the dirty gloves she was wearing to even bother to say hello. She said "hold on a sec". Several minutes later, when she finally acknowledged me, she left the same filthy gloves on and started to prepare my food. Appalled, I nicely asked her if she could please put CLEAN gloves on and make me a different sandwich. Apparently, this was an annoying request, because she proceeded to stare me down with an evil look as she sloppily threw ingredients onto the fresh bread. Her customer service was so disgusting that I turned and walked out the door. Congrats, you just lost a very loyal customer and I want everyone to know to avoid this store if you are not a fan of food born illnesses.... He needs anger management and English courses but yells and blames and is rude to everyone when it really comes down to his own incompetence and inability to communicate and be amicable with people who don't come from his own background. He trains all his employees whom the majority of, is female, through intimidation. It's do it right or you'll piss me off and I will make you miserable. Threats also and then don't forget the constant reminder that minimum wage is now 11 dollars and hour! I'm sure the owner would be interested to know that Efrain is very rude to a lot of his customers.
