Customer service Madison took excellent care in finding the Van I was looking for in a timely and professional manner! 5/30/22 I became aware of this retailer during the early days of COVID when the mall and outlet stores were closed down. Their inventory and prices are tough to beat and offer a points system towards discounts on future purchases. This place is a scam! I bought shoes for my daughter and they sent me the wrong size! The wrong size shoes were in a box that was labeled the correct size. The shoes were also not in very good condition. When I asked them to exchange for the correct size they said that they did not have that size. I was then told that I can return the shoes but they said I was required to pay for shipping the shoes back to them. I find this very unprofessional due to the fact that they sent me the wrong item to begin with. Reading some reviews after the fact makes this seem like this is common practice for this business! Just went here for the first time last week and it was an awesome store. I’ve been trying to find Blundstone boots that fit but it’s a tricky shoe for finding the right size. The associates here were sooo helpful and patient when I tried on about 5 or 6 different pairs. They were so knowledgeable about the shoe style and fit and it made the shopping experience so comfortable! Needless to say, I found the perfect size! Also, this place is huge inside which I did not realize driving by. And if you don’t see something you want on the shelf, just ask and they might have it in the back it just might not be on display.
