Nails Aqui — Local services in Tucson

Have been going there for over 4 years. After the 4 years, there were conflicting policies that they don't appointments because people who are waiting, the appts walk right in and get taken care of. Then they were taking appointments. I then made an appointment and someone forgot to tell him I was there or he didnt want to take me, so i waited again. You always have to wait. I also tried a pedicure there well honestly I do have dry cracked heels, well the first girl did a great job. The second time I went and got another and there were 2 other ladies were getting pedicures. The lady remarked at how "bad" my feet were. I was on medication that made me shaky and she kept making a joke about how shaky I was. Also I was a rush job, I was done before the other 2 ladies that were already getting pedicures. So no more pedicures. Then I was told if you go early it's not busy. So this morning I went early, it was busy. I signed in requesting a specific person waited and waited then she took a lady that just walked in the door. I am done. I tip very well also because I am in the industry. I even went back one time after they gave me a fungus. I was told that the ladies from Green Valley come to get their nails done so maybe their money is better than mine. Thanks anyway. The very...

It was my first time ever going to this salon. The man who took me as soon as I walked in did a great job on my nails I later learned that his name was Daniel (since I was there for almost 2 hours) after he finished with my nails, I thought he was going to do my toes (just polish change) but he told me that he didn't do toes so I had to wait for the other two ladies who were busy with pedicures. I wish he would've told me this in the beginning or maybe have one of the techs who was not busy at the time when I first arrived to change my polish (since she was just watching TV) while I was waiting, the phone wouldn't stop ringing the employees looked so overwhelmed and I could tell the owner named Ben was busy and flustered. Again, I learned that in the little time I was there. I just ended up leaving it wasn't worth me waiting an additional 30 minutes for a polish change. This salon definitely needs more employees they are either too overwhelmed or they don't know how to manage their time correctly. Three appointments arrived and took them before me... even tho all I wanted was a polish change....

I'm not a person who does her nails in a salon, as mine grow long naturally. But I work with tools and every now and then they break at the base or right below the skin. I've had them long for so long that when they're short, it's hard for me to work. So when one of them breaks, I always go to Nails Aquí and they put the acrylic on to hold it in place. I've gone to other places, but somehow the acrylic always peeled at the edges as time went by. But not the way Nails Aquí does it. It always holds strong.
