Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tucson

As much as I love the Filiberto’s food, this location had horrible customer service. I came in to get a burrito for breakfast, and I asked for ham and cut in half. They got my order wrong, whatever it happens. The part that really bugged me what that she was giving me so much attitude and for what? I was being nice and understanding like i get it mistakes happen!! BUT LITERALLY I could literally hear her talk smack about me to whoever was in the kitchen like girl YOU HAVE THE WINDOW OPEN I know this girl wanted me to hear. They don't pay attention to details. When you ask for your meal to be prepared a certain way, they agree but don't always follow through. So it's a hit or miss more miss than hit! And when you're taking food to someone in the hospital and they get something their not expecting it's a total loss and a huge disappointment!!! And I made sure they understood my request. Twice while ordering and when I paid for it and when they handed me the order. And to top it off, I asked for salt twice, and they assured me it was in there, but when it was opened, there was none absolutely none, not even one packet. So, to say the least, my friend was not happy about it at all and remained hungry that night because he also lost his appetite. Way to go...

Spent almost $30 for only two burritos that were not very good and that we could not even halfway finish. We've given this location a few tries and each time we are left disappointed and feeling like we've wasted our money. The carne asada has a lot of pieces of fat and gristle making it hard to eat. I got the AZ burrito that had potatoes in it and the potatoes had no flavor and were not cooked very well (soggy).
