I placed a pick up order. They had a dinner special which was great, it came with a main course choice, fried rice or white, egg roll or salmon puff and soup. I asked what they recommended, Mongolian beef, I went with that, an egg roll and egg drop soup. Everything was hot and packaged nicely with extra sauce, sweet and sour for dipping, fork/spoon and chopsticks. The inside was small but cozy, everyone was friendly and kind, I’d for sure go back and eat in. The portion size was large! My picture doesn’t do it justice. The rice is covering up a lot of beef. It was delicious. I like spicy, this was mild. So if you are afraid of spice with this dish, don’t worry. It was very mild. The fried rice was excellent. The egg roll was great, sweet and sour sauce was yummy and I’d probably order extra egg rolls next time. My only complaint, and its minimal… I like green onions in my egg drop soup. It was good, but visually it wasn’t my favorite. I’ll try the other soup they have next time. Overall, 10/10! It was $14 (and I gave a tip) for the dinner special and it’s supporting a family owned business! Way better food than a fast food joint. Go! It’s worth it!

Located in strip mall New Asia is nothing to look at but once you've tasted the food, it more than makes up for the paper plates and styrofoam bowls used for service. This is our favorite local chinese restaurant and while the pandemic resulted in their changing to paper plates it didn't mess with the quality ingredients and tasty dishes. We typically order plum wine, chinese beer and szechuan tofu, shrimp/veggie low mein, a beef dish, spring rolls and the hot and sour soup. Great food for great prices and the ladies and chef are very kind as well. Highly recommended west side eatery.

Large Wonton Soup: the broth was very bland, the cabbage had brown and black spots, the meat/noodles were okay. Chicken and Broccoli: again incredibly bland, but this is what confused me: the plate itself was incredibly hot, the vegetables were warm, and the chicken was lukewarm and some pieces straight up cold. Chicken also had a mealy texture. The service is fine but I definitely won't be coming back here. Other patrons (2 eating in and 2 taking to go at 5pm on a Saturday) seemed to like it. Overall incredibly disappointing.

I really really wanted to like this place, and will definitely give it a second try. However, our first go at this place was very disappointing.

The food was passable, which is why there is still three stars. It just wasn't GOOD. My husband and I got similar but different chicken dishes, and the fry on them was soggy, the flavor on them was bland, and despite the fact they both came with "peppers" next to them on the menu, we couldn't taste any discernable spice. We struggle with finding good Chinese food in Arizona, and had hoped that this place, being so close to our new house, would be the diamond in the rough. However, we were so disappointed in the lack of flavor and texture, and that disappointment is probably what will keep us from making this a regular spot. We did takeout, so can't speak much to service, although it seemed also adequate.

We're hopeful our second try shows this was an anomaly (and I'll update if so!), but while the food was ok,...

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! My husband and I have been looking for good Chinese food on our side of town (Starr Pass Area) and had almost given up. We have been looking for GOOD sesame chicken, good chow mien and egg foo young. We were very happy to find that this little place fills the bill.

When we walked in we were greeted by very friendly people. Ling was our waitress, Philip is the cashier and greeter and his brother Tony is the cook. They have been open for 6 days and are very nice and eager to please. After ordering our egg foo young and chow mien I asked about the sesame chicken and to show us how it is, they brought us a sample of both sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Both were very good and the all of the sauces that we tasted were great!. Very tasty egg drop soup and the egg fried rice was good and the crab wontons too.

Please consider this a new restaurant and try...
