The workers here always seem like they’re too good, especially if you’re white. I’ve always been given the cold shoulder after they helped others and been laughing and carrying on with conversation on how good the menu is. I will say the first two times I went here, there was a lady that was super sweet and made sure I understood the menu. I haven’t seen her since. I have eaten here maybe 10-15 times and it’s always the same BS. After the first 2 visit, especially when calling in food the people taking the orders have been short or just dismissive. Today I ordered some wings online so I didn’t have to speak to anyone, I was called and let know my order was ready 10 mins ahead of the time stated online. I was pumped because I was hungry. Get there and there was 4 people in front of me. One customer left because it took so long, I was already told my food was ready so I went to the spot where grub hub picks up their food orders. No one would even look my way. The two cashiers got down to one person and since I hadn’t been helped standing what I believed to be the pickup spot. I walked to where the one guy had just finished helping folks, he walked away and started wiping down a fridge and talking to another employee. I waited not saying anything. He then started drinking from his Gatorade squeeze bottle, looking away from the front. The other lady finished with her last customers and then helped me. Lately they have been asking for ID when picking up to go, which I find crazy because if you know the order and the name on it,it’s prob yours but I’ve never said anything because they’re usually busy and I just want food. It’s not that big a deal just giving a review of the place right..? To get to the point the food is legit, the pickup process is crazy, because you must wait inline (I assume) to get your food. The ordering pace is wild. It takes some folks 5 mins or more to order at the register. Maybe the guest aren’t familiar with the place or the register people need to be trained better on how to better flow the customers through the ordering process.. Outside of the wings the fish is amazing, it’s a lot of food for a respectable price. The pork belly is good get it with a wet sauce it’s super crispy almost like...

I had high hopes for this place. Who can't resist pork belly. Let me tell you about this place. I am a foodie and I will travel long distances for good food. I drove over an hour to try this place. When I got there everything seemed well organized and staff were friendly. I got my food and headed home. Opened up all boxes and everything looked and smelled great. Took a bite of the pork belly and couldn't. It was so over cooked it was like shoe leather. Pulled out a different flavor of the pork belly, same thing. Okay, I wasn't going to let this make up my mind yet. Found the rack of ribs (not a full rack) and tried those. They tasted good but there was no meat on them. These not only were meatless they weren't even ribs. These are rib tips, no bone, nothing but fat and cartilage. There was a tiny morsel of meat on each tip. So a full rack of ribs to them is a full rack of just rib tips. Not worth the money. I still had a sampler platter to try which consisted of corn ribs, mac & cheese bites, sweet potato fries and mozzarella sticks. The corn ribs were so over cooked you could only cut the kernels off the cob. The kernels were dry and shriveled. The mac & cheese bites were overcooked and tasteless, same with everything else on that platter. I don't usually write negative reviews (you can go and check) but this place was a big disappointment. I understand being short on staff or can't keep people employed but the management should be doing some quality control in this establishment. You could clearly see that everything was over cooked by just looking at it. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend...

I can usually trust the people that review and suggest a good restaurant. This was not it. IDK what people are eating. It couldn't have been the Korean ribs. To be Fair, my coworker had the wings and he enjoyed his meal. So, the service was OK. Place was clean. But I'm reviewing my food. I asked for help in ordering. The girl said that the ribs were like riblet. Meaty and flavorful. I asked which Sauce was like Memphis BBG sauce? Something bold, spicy and great flavor. They said the Chipotle, mango, and a few other ones were good. I have never had of any of these but i had to pick one. I wanted to try some.. I asked if I could try a few different flavors? They started to ring up each one. I was like, hold on. Are you charging me for each sample? He said yea. How am I gonna know what one tastes like, if I can't try them? Nope, take it off of my tab. I'll just picked one. The meal came out and there were some small, 2 inch ribs. I don't know what I was expecting but this wasn't it. I got French fries. They were.... well, mediocre at best. We have been here a week. We have been eating at different restaurants all week. This was possibly a one off. I will try this place again and hopefully I can update my review and give a better star rating. (P.S. I am Boriqua also and I know that you try hard to put out an excellent item. Obviously, my experience is not the same as many who say they like this place.) I appreciate management's input and will try...
