Motel 6 Tucson, AZ – Airport / Kino Sports Complex — Hotel in Tucson

I had my brother in town rent a room from this establishment. The hallways were disgusting the walls had patch marks up and down and the rug was gross to look at. The room was worse the pillows and bed sheets were stained as was the lamp shade was filthy with wet marks or something. The bathroom was gross looked like the room was half heartedly cleaned. The tub had track marks next to the toiled where drug attacks use and leave burn marks on the tub. There were sufficient stains on the tub and toilet. The door to the room looked like it hadn't been wiped down in along time. My brother decided his money could be spent elsewhere. When we brought it up to management (indian man) he denied the stains were visible and the room was clean, maybe to his standards where he's from but no sir this is America we have standards. He told my brother contact corporate, he did. Corporate over the phone insisted he would get his money back and told the gentleman working to do so. When they hung up he looked my brother in the eye and Said you are not getting your money back. My brother said that was fine he would just talk to the bank. He was able to get his money back when He reported it with photos and the bank was able to get his money back do to unmet sevices, tip for you guys. Do not go here spend your money else where these people are crooks. Disgusting establishment and Disgusting...

Check-in was very easy and the host was very friendly. Our key cards worked correctly, the first time and every time. That is refreshing. There was plenty of coffee and supplies in the morning. There were lots of dogs staying there, explaining why the hallway carpet was so completely stained everywhere. There was heavy carpet-deodorant smell, which was pleasant, but almost overwhelming. In our room, the wood trim at corners and in the bathroom was either water damaged or dog chewed or both. The ceramic tub had several chips in the finish. Everything was clean, completely clean, including the microwave, the refrigerator, the dressers and the floor. The linens were in good repair, but all of the bath towels had stains. We could’ve used a blanket on the bed, not just a bedspread. In the parking lot around the building, we were both approached multiple times by people who either appeared to be homeless or told us they were homeless. They were all friendly and not threatening. There was no trash or dog waste laying around outside. We consistently choose Motel 6 because our dog is welcome to join us there, and it is a good value for a clean...

This place is a dump. Front desk guy was nice but the room needed to be carpet bombed. Snacks for sale behind the counter along with Trojans, honey packs and gas station rhino boner pills. Loved seeing the cockroaches that took residence within my room also. That was a very nice touch. They started to modernize the spot but it looks like somewhere you’d either get your kidneys removed at and wake up in a bath tub...
