Terrible boba place honestly go anywhere else and it’s gonna be 10 times better, I’ve gone a few times and ordered a boba milk tea mostly for the boba and was told they had no boba I didn’t want it anymore and was just given milk tea no boba and it taste water down. This is no fault of individual employees but fault on the owner of this store for not keeping better watch as well as she was there and did nothing she should learn to manage better and or close the store all together if she can’t be a good owner. Every time I have gone it the owner is always over your shoulder always walking around like a hawk when she should be training her employees to do their jobs so you don’t get a terrible milk tea. I’ve had just milk tea from boba shops that have had 100x more flavor I’m just at a lost of how a boba shop could have such a terrible basic drink.don’t go! Not to mention how expensive the drinks are for only one size option so you can’t even get a smaller size of a drink that looks questionable. I want to try and say the waffles were good but let’s be real here even the flavorless milk tea had more flavor than the waffles and that’s saying a lot the creams you can use for them are very very mediocre was okay tasting enough if your friend made it and you don’t want to tell them it’s trash but for a place selling them they should...
Read moreThis is a chain from Taiwan. Texture and consistency of boba pearls perfect - cooked fresh and not too chewy or hard. I got jasmine green milk tea. Unlike other boba shops, boba pearls are not coated in brown sugar or honey (if they are I could not taste it), likely to offset sweetness of their famous cheese foams - so keep this in mind when choosing sweetness level. You will probably have to choose a higher sweetness level if you don’t get cheese foam Will depend on drink. For example my friend got Oreo milk tea and found that her regular sweetness level of 75% was fine. I usually get 50-75% but could have chosen 100%.
Staff very attentive and willing to make adjustments if you’re not completely satisfied with your drink.
Given the name of the boba shop and menu design, I suspect they specialize more in fruit teas. Not as many milk tea options
Easy to park, part of strip mall.
There is a rewards program but you have to download an app.
Overall, this is another high quality authentic boba option in town. Wish they had...
