The pizza itself was pretty good, I had no complaints to the quality. I ordered a small garden pizza and the price and taste met each other. My complaint is in the fact that I was not allowed to use the restroom to wash my hands and I had been biking all day so I knew my hands were filthy (I even told that to the lady who took my order over the phone, who also happened to be the lady to tell me the owner had decided customers were not allowed to use the restroom). This of course resulted in me be denied the pleasure of the hot pizza I had paid for since I had to drive all the way home and then wash my hands. By the time I was able to begin eating, my pizza was luke warm at best. I'm not sure the reason why paying patrons aren't allowed to use the restroom or wash their hands as there was no explanation given other than, "because that's what the owner wants." Well my two cents is the food was decent but if customers can't relieve themselves or wash their hands then I will just go someplace that maybe charges a dollar or two more but I know if nature calls I won't be told...
Read moreWhen I called you inform them that their pizza was the nastiest I've ever had that was oversized he wanted to talk to me about I was all weighed out and everything else and it's thin crust well thin crush is not supposed to bend over to the ground and all it did was taste like sauce and there was no flavor. When I called to ask for a refund he told me then it hadn't changed in 16 years well I beg to differ because that's not Mario's Pizza whatsoever when I asked for a refund you told me he would call the girl or talk to her when she got in first of all when I place my order she didn't even ask me how I wanted to pay she had to wait till she got to my room and I told her I had a card then she took it to the car and said she would call it in. This is the worst business experience I've had from this place in a long time and I I give it Stars if I could I called Mario's because of the pizza that I remembered it was my last 16 bucks that I had I'm homeless living in temporary shelter but I wanted some decent food for once and...
