The pizza itself was pretty good, I had no complaints to the quality. I ordered a small garden pizza and the price and taste met each other. My complaint is in the fact that I was not allowed to use the restroom to wash my hands and I had been biking all day so I knew my hands were filthy (I even told that to the lady who took my order over the phone, who also happened to be the lady to tell me the owner had decided customers were not allowed to use the restroom). This of course resulted in me be denied the pleasure of the hot pizza I had paid for since I had to drive all the way home and then wash my hands. By the time I was able to begin eating, my pizza was luke warm at best. I'm not sure the reason why paying patrons aren't allowed to use the restroom or wash their hands as there was no explanation given other than, "because that's what the owner wants." Well my two cents is the food was decent but if customers can't relieve themselves or wash their hands then I will just go someplace that maybe charges a dollar or two more but I know if nature calls I won't be told...

When I called you inform them that their pizza was the nastiest I've ever had that was oversized he wanted to talk to me about I was all weighed out and everything else and it's thin crust well thin crush is not supposed to bend over to the ground and all it did was taste like sauce and there was no flavor. When I called to ask for a refund he told me then it hadn't changed in 16 years well I beg to differ because that's not Mario's Pizza whatsoever when I asked for a refund you told me he would call the girl or talk to her when she got in first of all when I place my order she didn't even ask me how I wanted to pay she had to wait till she got to my room and I told her I had a card then she took it to the car and said she would call it in. This is the worst business experience I've had from this place in a long time and I I give it Stars if I could I called Mario's because of the pizza that I remembered it was my last 16 bucks that I had I'm homeless living in temporary shelter but I wanted some decent food for once and...

starting not great, my children and I can come to have a slice of pizza, but had a thirst buster since it's so hot out. my daughter wanted pizza, not thinking of the drink just wanting to feed my hungry children lunch on a hot day. it starts off the cashier saying I have the drink from outside in the stroller, if I want to keep the drink i need to sit outside with it.

I can not eat outside. in this heat. with my 7 yr old and 11 month old.

mr.owner get over the fact thAt we live In Arizona and there is stores every where that sell dollar drinks to 89 cent drinks who doesn't have a drink in hand lol. it's so dang hot out , it's typical tucsonan to have drink in hand.

its only one dollar difference the money isn't as big as kicking us out in the hot sun 😖for a drink and a rude cashier!! won't be back here, too uncomfortable 😤😠 single mom trying to do errands keep kids hydrated and feed them also. moving on to...

My coworkers and I ordered pizza today for lunch. One of my coworkers has an allergy to onions and we made a note of this when we made our order online to pick up. When we got to the restaurant I asked if they had read the special order of the Cheese pizza (onion allergy, no marinara sauce), so the gentleman assured us they had and they even made sure to use a separate cutter. My coworker was happy she could eat her pizza comfortably. She absolutely loved it and said it was one of the best cheese pizza she’s ever had. In the past I order here often delivery and as always amazing pizza. Thank you for your service to our community and offering one of the best pizza’s in town.

I was really excited to finally try this place almost driving past it weekly unfortunately it was a little bit of a let down... Either this place is under new management or lunch time food is way better than dinner time food from looking at other reviews here! There was hardly any sauce on the pie and not worth the hour delivery time wait on an early Thursday evening being within half mile of the shop. Come for the hot wings with ranch because the pizza is no NY style from what I had I came from out East, slices here are smaller for the size pie and price you pay! We will not be returning

Im not really sure why everyone loves this pizza so much. I had Mario’s once probably about 15 years ago and I thought it was great. I wanted to try it again since I was in the area so I bought a pie and my first thought when I picked up the box was that this 20” pie has almost no weight to it. It looked and tasted like Costco pizza but paper thin. The owner was nice but the restaurant was pretty dirty. If you like Costco pizza at double the price than try Mario’s. I won’t be coming back here!
