I can't even begin to describe how unbelievably awful my recent experience at this place was. I'm honestly fuming just thinking about it. The environment? A total disaster. I mean, do they even know what cleanliness is? The self-ordering touch screens, which should have been a convenient way to place an order, were an absolute horror show. They were covered in this disgusting mix of ice cream and ketchup smears, like nobody had bothered to clean them in ages.
But that's not even the worst part. When I decided to give up on those revolting screens and actually talk to a human being at the counter, it was like I didn't even exist. The staff was right there, having a jolly good time chatting among themselves, and there I was, standing like a total fool, waiting for a shred of attention. I'm telling you, it took a whole ten minutes of them pretending I wasn't there before someone finally bothered to acknowledge me.
The service I got was an absolute disgrace, plain and simple. When you're in a place and you're in need of help, you expect to be treated like a human being, not some annoying interruption. And let's not even talk about the uncomfortable seating that just added insult to injury.
I'm not letting this slide. No way. I'm going to make sure they hear about this. My experience was beyond terrible, and I won't rest until they know exactly how furious and disappointed I am. They better take my feedback seriously and do something about it, because nobody should ever have to endure what I went through. Here's to hoping they get their act together and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve. Read moreEDITED: Unfortunately, I have to edit my review. All of a sudden no matter what time I show up for breakfast, I receive a microwaved biscuit sandwich. That is not acceptable. Microwaving completely changes the consistency of the biscuit and turns it into something horrible. They have also switched the type of egg in the sandwich three times without telling me. A bacon, egg and cheese biscuit comes with a folded egg, not a round egg. I do not care for the round egg. I am not ordering a round egg. I want the folded egg. My last order even had the sandwich thrown together, with the biscuit upside down. This is no longer my favorite McDonald’s. It’s one of the worst. The people are still great, except for the breakfast cook, obviously. There are many other McDonald’s in town to choose from, along with other restaurants that serve breakfast. I’ll be going anywhere else from now on. I don’t mind waiting to receive what I ordered, a properly cooked and assembled sandwich with the proper ingredients. I understand if it’s 10 minutes before breakfast ends, but not 1 1/2 hours before. Plan better. 🤷🏻♀️

Read moreSo Yes, the new kiosk seems complicated to those that are admitted to not be tech savvy. They do serve their purpose for those who are open minded enough to use them. They are simple to use and there is a Guest experience leader always available to help. The bathroom with the changing station is conveniently located in the playroom! if your too daft to look around or ask then your own personal issues are what effects your visit. Being brash with an employee doesn't help you out. So be courteous to those whom are there serving your wants and needs. Kimberly, Kacee, Ariel, Joe, Ken, and Gabby are very amazing people and deserve to be respected by you! Even if your having a crappy day they are there trying to make it better.
