Yesterday I had a horrible day. I was overwhelmed with everything in my life plus my grandmother passing away within a couple of hours. My family asked me for ice cream on top of it, which I did not want to go but I’m a person who can say no. Anyways, I’m glad I ended up going because all I needed was someone I could vent to and a big hug from the cashier-Gilbert who made my night better. It’s super hard to find great customer service now and days. It’s also rare to find genuine caring people. Gilbert was both yesterday. He is truly a compassionate person.

The ice cream of course is always wonderful. The Hot fudge is so good! Best one!

It’s not always about the food in an establishment but also the customer service and you guys have a great employee. Please keep him!

Best ice cream I've ever had! Been a loyal customer for about 5 years now. All of their locations are always super clean, and I've never encountered an unsatisfactory experience with their employees. I love that they mainly use local products for the ingredients. Would be 5/5 if they regularly had Bourbon Brittle. It's way better than Bourbon & Bacon or Whiskey Way. If you've never been I recommend Cookies n Cream, Sweet Cream Honeycomb, Ooey Gooey Buttercake, and Bourbon Brittle. P.S. I think a pistachio ice cream is necessary!! And I do feel that our rewards cards should get more whole punches whenever a quart is purchased. You get 4 with a pint, and 4 for the quart also! At least give one or two more for sizes bigger...

We LOVE this place. In fact my husband and I ride our bikes here every weekend. However, we feel for the kids who work here and experience technical issues every time we’ve been here. We always come prepared with both cash and card. Every single time they are kind, and professional, but we understand how frustrating it can be dealing with this constantly. Hopefully the owners can equip them with fabulous equipment to keep up with how fabulous the kids they hire are. Update: downgraded to one star because yet again we are here and there is an issue with the payment system and everyone is trying to figure out if they have cash or if they cannot buy ice...
