Birria tacos are one of my favorite foods & these guys nailed it! Cooked to perfection, great price & very good size, not any baby tacos. So I have been looking for the best birria similar to my go to spot in Ensenada. We have tried so many places here. Nothing compares to Monchos! The flavor is perfect! I can't wait to come back. We ordered a carne asada torta - the bread was amazing! Birria Ramen, a quesabirria taco, and a carne asada taco. Flavor of everything was on point. The carne asada taco was on the small side.
