It pains me do this and have been avoiding it for a couple months. I love Rosatis pizza. My complaint is with the service. It was only my husband and I dining in our party. We were there about 10 minutes without acknowledgement. Then a large family came in. & the girl that was just standing around tripped over herself to get to their table before they were even sat & start getting drink orders. Ummm, what about us? Finally, a nice server who had been constantly running around the entire restaurant passed by and probably realized we were getting a little ticked. & asked if we had been helped. She got our initial drinks, came back a little later than I would have liked to take our order but then again, she was still running all over. She seemed like the only one on the floor who was competent in being there. A lot if the others gossiped at the counter where we could see and hear. The food was good, but it seemed this one girl was doing most of the work while the other wait staff picked and chose who would have the privilege of their crappy service. She got a good tip because I could see it wasn't her fault. & the kitchen staff were on top of it. It was the lazy wait staff, with exception of the one person who read the signs we were about to walk out. Read moreI have ordered from the Tanque Verde location at least a dozen times. For the first handful of times we got good food. Always hot & always correct. The last 4 times I have ordered from this restaurant I have gotten cold & incorrect orders. I’m not ordering anything that isn’t listed clearly on the menu. It’s not hard to put pasta with plain marinara in a container. The same person takes my order every time which leads me to believe that he is unable to input orders correctly. To top off this whole irritating process they never get my card number correct. I don’t like to complain so I never say anything until this last time. I was starving and they got my order wrong. So I called in and complained and they gave us a free pizza on our next order. Tonight I called in and placed another order hoping it would be correct. I was wrong yet again. Food arrived quickly but cold & incorrect. This is the last time. I don’t pay $20-40 to have wrong orders, cold food and not be able to eat it. I’m going back to Bear Canyon Pizza... they always run close to 90 minute delivery but my food is always correct and hot. I picked up, and it was all packaged in a stapled-shut brown bag. When I got the house, one of the entrees was missing. I called and went back (had to wait 15 mins. for them to make it) to get my missing entree. Asked the person at the counter if the meatballs where in there, and she replied, "yes." Halfway back to the house, the cook called me saying he forgot to put meatballs in the entree. I'm not turning around again...people are waiting for me to eat dinner.
