I went to this Starbucks and ordered two drinks around 1200pm. When I received my drink order it was wrong which was not an issue what so ever. The girl was super nice who fixed it. My issue was a different worker, Mary. Mary was extremely rude to her employees to the point where the customers could hear her. The girl who originally fixed my order had stepped in front of Mary and Mary stopped and told her something along the lines of “you need to figure out where you want to be”. When my order was fixed, she placed it in front of another customer. She asked if it was his and he said “I don’t know” I then said that it was mine. She handed it to me and said to employees “someone figure out what he is waiting for”. Before that, she slid a customers drink and it almost went off of the counter if the customer hadn’t stopped it. I completely and totally understand that it can be overwhelming when you have so many orders coming in but I don’t think that gives an excuse to be rude. Everyone that I have had interactions there have been so sweet and friendly. Unfortunately that was the first time I left this Starbucks with a bad taste...
Read moreI went in an ordered a chai tea Frappuccino and I specifically asked does it have coffee in it amd I was told no so I didn't think anything of it when I got the drink and it was a dark color, I took it to my wife who is deathly allergic to coffee and caffeine except the Chai tea and when she drank it she got a what is called a severe migraine with stroke like symptoms she would have ended up in the hospital had I not g8ven her the rescue medication in case of something like this happening her whole right side went numb, when she came out of the attack and was able to rest we called the Starbucks and they tried to blame me for it and said i ordered it wrong..... I went to a different Starbucks the next day ordered the same thing and it was lighter in color so I know for sure that whoever made the drink put something in it that gave my wife her severe attack. Employees didn't take accountability they instead blamed the customer, I'm pretty sure I know I my wife is allergic to something so thanks Starbucks you almost sent her to...
Read moreFor the past four years my husband and I have been frequenting this Starbucks. For those four years we have had exceptional service! Wether it was 6:00 in the morning or a stop in mid afternoon to get that "pick me up" the staff has always been smiling and ready to prepare our customized drinks. We can honestly say that the lobby and bathroom have always been clean and well stocked. We remember at times getting to the lobby at 6:00 and seeing the manager dusting shelves and placing products for display. That is definitely not something you see very often at retail stores. Not only the grab-n-go but also the baked pastries and breads are always stocked for purchase. We have been to several Starbucks where there is literally 2 items stocked for sale. The employees seem to have little concern or no interest in stocking the baked good or even an explanation as to why there are no items for sale. We would HIGHLY recommend this Starbucks to anyone who enjoys quick and efficient service...
