Showed up, confirmed a reservation earlie for 11pm.. When we pull up the owner no where to be found. Our friend the birthday girl tried to call him and he said “hello” and she tried telling him we were here and he hung up. Our other friend found the number and talked to him and he stated saying “oh our employee left for the day” and then hung up. Absolutely no communication what so ever. The next door neighbors even said if there’s nobody by 10:30 they just leave. I just wish they had communicated and said hey so sorry we are gonna have to cancel the reservation instead when we show up there’s nobody here. This place is super fun if you love karaoke! You can order food from Mandarin Grill which is the same owner of this place and the food is pretty good. You can order alcohol but they only have beer so if you bring your own alcohol it is a 20 percent charge. If you split the price with how many is in your group it is not too much. The rooms are themed with disco lights and it is really cool! There is a big screen with good choice of songs that play music videos while you sing! The mics are wireless and the sound is great! Disappointing place.Some friends and I went last night. Customer service is very unenthusiastic. When we would try to enter certain songs or artists on the screen, it would jump to a different screen and start playing a song that no one picked. Customer service said. “ Just don’t use that letter.” What? 😅. It was so touchy that we only sang five songs in an hour.
