Another update: I knew the manager would not contact me, when the employee said he would have her call, thus me saying I will not ever give them another dime or dollar. They couldn't even fake it during Black History Month if you don't respect who I am, at least respect my money, it's been like everyone else's. I suppose a thank you is in order. For saving me money, I am able to make a better pizza, exactly as I desire at home. Keep that, there aren't many huts remaining and with pure business practices, this location may be next or not. Update: The observations opinions and views are mine, and I'm entitled to them. I ordered for my children, as I was scheduled to work today. I ordered the big dinner box. 1 pepperoni with marinara, 1 veggie with GARLIC PARMESEAN SAUCE, bread sticks and honey bbq wings. 2 blue cheese sauce, 1 marinara and 1 honey bbq. There was no honey bbq and they put red sauce on the veggie pizza, after limiting me to 5 toppings. 50 dollars should ensure I get what i ordered, as well as the ability to order as many toppings as I am able to pay for. I'm trying to be patient and understanding, I voted for the minimum wage increase however when I do not receive the product I ordered, all that goes out the window. When i called, the young man who answered was very courteous, I appreciate him, he said he would have his manager phone me back. I'm waiting. This is the last money they will get from me.

After working in over 110° temps FOR THE LAST 2 days, I checked into my hotel and ordered delivery. Expecting decent food, and prices as I always use the deal section, I found my total higher than normal. I was Charged 5.99 for a delivery fee. I get drivers need paid extra, but I would have given a bigger tip if it was the normal rate of about 2.50. The items I ordered was simple. Breadsticks, boneless BBQ wings, and a 2 liter. The driver showed up 20 minutes after I got the alert that it was on its way. Mind you, my hotel is only 1.7 miles from this particular location. (how could it have taken that long) The driver calls me and asks if I'm at the Rodeway. I said yes and I waited for him to come to my room. Five minutes later he calls me again and tells me to come downstairs. I have never in my life ordered food from somewhere and then been told to come and get it from the lobby. It's always been delivered directly to my room. (BY THE WAY, THAT'S WHY THE GUY DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING EXTRA FOR A TIP) Upon inspection of my food, the marinara sauce for my breadsticks only contain less than half of a container of marinara sauce, and my barbecue wings didn't hardly have any sauce on them at all they were dry and then they just went to waste. Out of the order of breadsticks that we ordered and the wings, over half of its going in the trash because there's not enough sauce. Highly disappointed. Read moreMy family and I get pizza from this location at least once a week only because it’s the closest to our house. The service at this location is HORRIBLE and it is all because of one person, Kay. She's extremely rude and unprofessional. It can be slammed in there and instead of tending to the customers, you can hear her flirting with the guys in the back, I’ve walked in on her eating a Vietnamese sandwich while "working". We had to stop phoning in our orders because she wasn't putting it under the right phone number or name. She only checks the order in front of the customer if they are Mexican; otherwise she pretty much tosses the box on the table and walks away. I've had to go back to get my order corrected and when the manager told her to put a credit in my account, it never shows up and it becomes a whole new fight with them. Tonight when I called and asked to speak to the manager, she told me that she was and that she was the only one. She finally came clean when I told her that I know that there is a male who’s the manager. She then tells me that he is not there but refused to give me his name or when he’ll be available for me to call back. I am sick of the service and attitude.
