12/27/24 NO CASHIERS AT THE MARKET CHECK-OUT - Eggs were $6.99 per dozen. Went to Sam's where eggs were $6.26 for 2 DOZEN. Not a shortage - JUST PURE AMERICAN GREED. Braum's does this before every holiday. Super rich people getting richer off of the working class.
10/29/24 Went in to buy 1000 Island dressing. NO CASHIERS IN THE MARKET OR ICE CREAM COUNTER. No management on duty. Only 1 person that I could find & she was too busy making milk shakes for the drive-thru to be a cashier. SHOPLIFTERS WERE STEALING EXPENSIVE MEAT PRODUCTS & just walking out the door.
7/10/24 Moved close to this Braum's 6 years ago. This has never been a good store but it has consistently gone down since then. I haven't bought anything from the kitchen since before the pandemic because of how dirty it has always been. It has finally hit bottom. The high point of the visit to Braum's was the dried out luke warm hamburger patties. THE MENS BATHROOM TOILET WERE SOME OF THE NASTIEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A RESTAURANT.
Only 1 person on duty out front for the ice cream counter, the food order/cashier, & no cashier at market counter. Products not being rotated in the market. The clerk that took my order left the front to go on break/bathroom which left nobody in the retail area.
Store was messy/exceedingly dirty! The condiment counter was empty - no napkins, salt or pepper, ketchup, etc. I finally got the attention of one of the employees at the drive-thru window & asked for the manager. He told me that the "MANAGER ON DUTY WAS NOT THERE". I believe it. From everything I witnessed, there is not a competent manager in this Braum's. Corporate Braum's need to "CLEAN HOUSE" at this location or CLOSE IT DOWN. Store #166 is an embarrassment!

This is our neighborhood store, and is only a couple of blocks from our house. All the same, we've not set foot in here for several months because of the consistent level of filth and overall poor service. Cut to this morning, when I was unable to get the milk I needed at the grocery store, so against my better judgment I went into Braum's for a gallon of 2%. There was another customer ahead of me, also buying milk. This was a little before 8am, and there was nobody manning the checkout counter. No big deal, except for the fact that it took several minutes for anyone to notice us waiting, and it took waving (and finally shouting "hello?") for anyone to come check us out. The woman who came to the checkout stand was clearly irritated at having to do so, not uttering a single word before roughly bagging the first customer's milk, tearing the bag in the process. The poor guy asked for another bag, only to have her glare at him, fling the torn bag to the floor, and then jam the milk into another bag. She silently finished ringing him up before turning her smoldering rage on me. I couldn't resist asking if we shouldn't be buying milk at that time of day, because that's certainly how I was made to feel. She responded with "what?" and I said "you seem angry that we're buying milk at this hour." Her response was "I'm not angry. I recently visited Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store and had a delightful experience! The variety of ice cream flavors is impressive, and each one I tried was rich and creamy, clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The classic vanilla and the unique seasonal flavors were both standout hits.
