Burger King — Restaurant in Tulsa

Update 9.21.22. previous reviews start from a couple of years ago but BK overall is back up to 5star. This BK on 71st & riverside recently had my vehicle sitting in the parking lot broke down for 2½ days before it was towed by my choice and not bcuz of "gotta move on". Good communication was kept and active but as discreet as possible mechanix was utilized. I think I put enough stress on the situation the crew didn't have to. Thx BK crew. Oh yeah, currently this store seems to close around 11 but I saw cars in drive thru as early as 6:30 or 7am. But breakfast is still breakfast until lunch is served in any BK that I know of. The rest of this review is history! Awesome place. Free open wifi, excellent values with or without coupons, always busy but always pleasant staff and good freshly prepared food. Breakfast starts 3am, but after 6am its breakfast or burgers. 5 stars on that option alone. Thanx crew at BK 71 and Riverside. Again, your awesome. And open 24 hrs. An updatef: currently Feb 2019 and although the exact breakfast only hours have varied over the past 2 years, they'll still might serve you a burger and fries during 'regular' breakfast hours, exact times may vary. Other locations IDK. Ty Ok, fall/winter of 2019 is here and time for current update. This BK 71st and Riverside has been closing at midnight for awhile I think 7 nights/week. Breakfast is breakfast until it's not, not sure what to time lunch starts. 2different times about a.werk apart (weekend hours?) and WiFi signal is very weak but didn't matter a whole lot cuz as of last month there are internet restrictions. I understand some people are not comfortable with some adult sites but trying to get into an automotive diagnostic and repair advice forum (x2) and getting the Cisco door slam shut. And going another step further. I got there too early for burgers, I'm not I a big breakfast eater, started trying, not too successful, to use Wi-Fi. less than 5 minutes Iwas told WiFi is for paying customers only. i told him I'd drive around in few when bfast is over plus my motor was about to overheat. he said I can't wait there i had to leave, threatened to call pd, and kept repeating "WiFi is for paying customers only".he didn't want to believe I've been a paying customer for over 1/2 of a decade. So demoted from a favorite to 1 star. I did go there after midnite since then and didn't get any Cisco...

This was my second attempt to eat at this location due to my busy schedule, and again I was highly disgusted. I order my food to a cashier who seemed to hate the world, other employees in the kitchen playing on their phones, and not building the orders on the screens. After placing my order for 2 Number 13 chicken fry meals for my wife and i I waited 15 minutes! The chicken fries weren’t fresh, they were hard and cold. The fries felt half way done, mostly cold with no salt. At the soft drink station it had sticky messes all over the counters, there was spilled soda all over the floors so my shoes were sticking the entire way to my table. Majority of the tables weren’t clean, including ranch, drink spills, and food crumbs all over. The table next to us had food trays with eaten food even the last customers cups the entire time and never seen attention. Dirty napkins throughout the entire store! Full trash cans! This place was absolutely disgusting! It is located on one of the busiest street in all of Tulsa! You would think it would be the best, but it’s actually the worst! I’m not the one to ever write a review, but how do other customers feel about this? I will never eat at this chain...

Burger king at 71st and riverside is a farce they don't ever have anything, AVOID IT, AVOID IT AVOID IT !!!! The last 6 times that try to get an order there and they can't fill my order. The girl on the window 1st tried to tell me my coupon was no good (without even seeing it) and it was dated good through 10-15-2015, then she kept says wedoon havd'bun after several attempts, I realized they didn't have the buns for Jr burgers or Halloween burger as "the truck didn't come in". I asked to speak with a manager and he said have anything to do with it. I asked for the Store managers name, but they declined it and just said drive around to the second window. As I drove off they still have the mic on talking about me and I yell back "do you all not realize that you have your mic on talking about me. Funny enough, my ex-wife was in the store getting an order filled and heard it all from the inside and how they talked about me. The didn't offer ANY alternative or apologies, as the manager said "we just work here". How true, they just worked there and didn't care -- move on and lets get the next sucker up...
