I want to start by saying Starbucks baristas are some of the friendliest an hard working people on the planet so to say I was shocked at how poorly run this location is I was truly shocked. I put in my mobile order at 6:02 am after first checking that it was indeed open, it said that store opened at 6:00 am. So after I placed my order an paid for it I headed that way because my receipt said it would be ready for pick up by 6:10 am. When I pulled in the parking lot the first thing I noticed was that the store was completely dark, no lights on, the second thing I noticed was the employees apparently just now getting to work. A few were getting out of their cars an running in the front door an locking it behind them. The third thing I noticed was the two chairs blocking off the drive thru preventing anyone from going through it. So I parked an waited for about 10 minutes thinking they maybe have the wrong time posted for when they open. So I called but kept getting just a busy signal. I finally got out of my car and went to the front door where I saw a sign that said inside seating was closed but the drive thru was open for to go orders, which is what I had. I also saw several workers standing in the lobby doing nothing so I knocked on the door to find out if I could get my mobile order or even to ask if they were open, seeing as how I couldnāt get them to answer the phone. They literally looked at me an turned away to continue doing what they obviously do best, absolutely nothing. I was mad but had no choice but to leave. I emailed corporate an they were great an refunded my money, but honestly this location needs new management, new baristas that can show up to work on time or to be just shut down. I asked if they could put sugar and creamer in it and the guy said they can't take it back in and handed me a cup of creamer. I went inside and they made me another one but it was a large, no sugar and no expreso. I asked for a manager and was told they are all managers and would not let me speak to the store manager and refused service to me because they said I was being rude and causing a scene by asking for a manager and would not remake it again but I had paid for both of the coffes and refused to give me a refund. Their corporate office has been notified and I am being sent a gift card for $25 but I will not ever go to another Starbucks again. I was told that they have had so many complaints about this location and they they are in the process of reconstructing management there. But that still don't make it right for how customers are being treated and the way they talk...

Iād like to also recognize the person working the drive thru this morning when I came through around 7:40; I so genuinely appreciate you more than I can communicate in a google review. You could sense I was dealing with something difficult and I was trying not to break down, and your kindness and compassion brought me to full on tears. To you it was a cup of coffee but to me it was like reaching through the window and giving me a hug. Thank you so much and continue to shine your gorgeous light.
