Fortune Chef — Restaurant in Tulsa

The lady was very rude & impatient from the moment we started ordering. Then after we got our food I asked for napkins as we didn't get any in our bags & she replies "for what?!" I'm seriously thinking is she seriously asking me why I need napkins for when I ordered nearly $75 worth of food from her which also I was charged for full entrees when it was supposed to be sides like 4 people do not eat this much food. Before we left we noticed the little note on the menu board stating "Please call orders in for better service" had I known I was supposed to call my order in to get better service I would've been...

Made a call in order expecting to pay the prices that were posted on the online menu. Absolutely not the case...all I ordered was two small sides and a simple order of cheese wontons ordered small order of $7 and was charged 15 and some change when getting there and was told no that's what you ordered over the phone. Not to mention the woman was rude never asked my name when I got there asked me what was on my order and again told me whenever I asked why my total was so high she said to me that's what you order. Will not ever be going back there again first time and last...

This place has been around and a staple of Tulsa 4 years. It is carryout only, no delivery or dining area inside. They tell you on the phone your meal will be ready in about 15 minutes but we have found 20 of 30 minutes to be more accurate. We have eaten here a few times and for me I would say it's just been okay. The last time we ordered food for four people all of us were pretty disappointed. There are a lot of Chinese and other Asian food places around Midtown Tulsa to check out. For us personally we will probably be exploring elsewhere...
