IHOP — Restaurant in Tulsa

Came to this location for the first time around 4 am Sunday July 21st, there were 6 of us total. There were 2 other larger parties that had already had food, so they didn’t need much else. It took around 10 minutes just to get drink orders in. We were waiting on the last 2 people and went ahead and put in our orders for the kitchen. It took around 10 more minutes to get their orders in. We finally got our food after a long time. I only ordered 1 pancake and that took the longest to bring out (after reminding the server multiple times). We never saw the server again, and after a very very long time we finally got up and had to ask to be paid out. That took forever as well. A table that came in after we were done eating - ordered, ate, paid and left before we even got paid out. They had a different server. I’m not sure if the server we had was new, or just didn’t care. We spent an hour and a half in there. The last thing we needed was a box which we asked for 3 times and it never came. Just 1 box. Once again someone had to walk pretty much into your server alley to ask for a box. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but that was the absolute worst service I have ever received. Fortunately, my entire group works at a restaurant and we are nice, so we left the server a tip even though she really didn’t deserve it. Also, we could have walked out without paying as there was literally nobody out front. I wish I would’ve looked at your reviews before I decided to bring my group here. I hope you get your location turned around...

Terrible! I came here today with my mother and girlfriend after having a bad experience last time thinking maybe last time they just had an off day. We wanted to give them another chance because we usually like Ihop.

Today it was no different in terms of portioning, except it was worse in service. They got our orders wrong. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake tacos (which advertised as 3 tacos filled with cheesecake, strawberries and chocolate chips) paired with an ultimate bacon and sausage combo and i was met with 6 pieces of really chewy bacon that was barely cooked, no sausage and 2 tacos with little filling and no chocolate chips. My moms hashbrowns were burnt and hurt her teeth, and my girlfriend ordered chocolate chip pancakes, not chocolate chocolate chips which they gave her anyway. We had to ask the waitress three times to bring out our chocolate chips, caramel sauce for my moms tacos that were supposed to be on the banana CARAMEL tacos already, sausage and hot sauce. The kitchen keeps skimping out on portions. She also never brought out my water when i ordered it twice. I didnt bother complaining about the bacon because we had to correct her 3 times and i didnt see the point.

We tried to flag down the Manager and he never looked our way once. He was too busy cleaning up dishes. We even tried calling out to him... any louder and we wouldve had to yell across the few boothes between us. He was about 25 ft away, so not that far!!

Unfortunately I came to this place with my beloved daughter, to find a good meal, but we really left here disappointed, it took them more than 37 minutes to give us the food, and the restaurant only had two tables occupied by customers, the waitress was her first day and she was really friendly and smiling but she was very absent-minded, and was never attentive to bringing us refills of drinks, she did not check if something was missing, the first meal was cold and very unpleasant, the meat was cold and poorly cooked, the potatoes Disgusting and I got very angry because of the bad service, then they brought me the freshly fried potatoes, because the previous ones seemed to have been made 4 hours ago, the burger bun and the cheese were cold and unpleasant and the cold cane and the mashed potatoes same 😡😡😡😡😡. The manager came to the table to apologize. Then they brought us the same food that they had served us before, only heated perhaps in a microwave, and when bringing the food the manager dropped the fried onions! OMG! …then he apologized to us and sent more onion rings, then to pay almost the girl didn't charge us the money 😅😅😅🤣 and we were honest and told her Hey!
