I'm so disappointed in our visit today. My boyfriend, daughter, and I went inside to get some yummy drinks. We've came here before and had good customer service. Today, I went and ordered three drinks to a guy. Then I got to the cashier to pay and I had to tell her what we ordered again. Then when the guy gave us our drinks, my boyfriend had to tell him what our third drink was. I understand that workers get busy. I had no problem telling them my order again and again. What was embarassing was that, you guys started to get a full line and as my family and I were walking out.. your workers asked super loud and in front of everyone if we paid the cashier! The guy asked if I paid!?! Of course I paid!?!?! I had to yell back "Yes I did!". What kind of place does this? The drinks and snacks are yummy but how we were treated today is unacceptable. Rude server! Would Not recommend. Definitely won’t be returning! I did not mind that they wouldn’t exchange what I had ordered even offered to pay for something else but as I was waiting a different customer that was there started saying rude things about me and the worker just laughed and agreed as if I couldn’t understand what they were saying I understand not being able to exchange the drinks I had gotten but my boyfriend had never been there and didn’t know what we had got came with tajin so I just wanted to get him something else he could enjoy but they made it an uncomfortable environment with they’re rude...

This place is awesome. They have pretty unique stuff, like the mangonada which if you get it, it has three layers. The first layer has fresh mango with a sweet and tangy chile limon. After that is a smoothy-textured ice cream, mango, and more chile limon snack that has been piling down at the bottom. Once that is done, guess what, there is a chile limon straw that they stuck right in the middle that has been accumulating all that mango and ice cream.
