KFC — Restaurant in Tulsa

I come to this location often for their passion fruit lemonade. This time, waited in the drive through for at least 2 minutes, and no one said anything. I assumed maybe the speaker wasn't working, so I pulled up to the window. I was immediately given a dirty look as an older lady with long, blonde hair was counting the cash drawer. When she open the window, I said "sorry, no one answered me, so I pulled around". She told me that it was shift change and that I would have to drive around or go somewhere else, in a very rude tone and immediately went to shut the window. I was confused, because she also just told me that the drive thru person was helping someone in the front, and that's why she didn't answer. I tried to ask if I could just wait by the window, and she slammed the window shut in my face. I told her through the window that I would be waiting right where I was. I was just getting a drink and paying with a card, and wouldn't have minded the wait, had she just explained it in a kind manner. She then, had someone else come to the window, who was very kind. She took my order and in the middle of that conversation the blonde lady started talking to me again, saying they didn't have biscuits, and I told her I was done speaking to her, I wasn't even ordering food. She then proceeds to get annoyed and ask me why I'm even waiting here if I'm not getting anything... all of this extra conversation was unnecessary, as the other nice lady was still taking care of me. She was going out of her way to be confrontational...

Ordered online on way to my moms for sunday dinner. We were about 35 mins out. Get there she said she doesn't have it. Then asked if it was for and said my name. We said yes and she said she didn't have it. Then said it had just cone through. Would be 10 mins. We said it and drove around to the window. We were the only ones there so decided to just wait at the window. Get to the window and she says it's going to be 30 mins. We left and my husband came back. She was super rude, she tried to charge $20 when he ordered an extra side of mashed potatoes and a Mac and cheese. He had to literally add the sides up for her before she corrected the amount. Then when he got everything home and we were getting it all set up realized she didn't give us all our food. Could have taken care of a customer. Because she was rude and didn't want to do her job, they lost a lot more because everyone at the family dinner will no longer go...

This is the absolute worst KFC! I received burnt chicken. I took it back in there and informed the Manager that I would not mind paying to replace the chicken, because the chicken I received was close to charred. (I Did not want him to think I was scamming to get a free meal) I was polite and spoke in a calm tone. As he went to replace the chicken he said he would replace it for free. I thought that was a nice thing for him to do, I proceeded to ask him did I need to pay to replace the sides and he yelled in front of everyone that was dining inside "Ma'am! Relax! I said I will replace it!" I could not belive he embarrassed me like that just for asking a question, on top of having to drive all the way back to replace chicken that they burned!! If you want KFC avoid this one!!! Try "Comperos Chicken" on Admiral. Great chicken, Great Service, and no Managers yelling at you because you want a mistake THEY...
