Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tulsa

Ordered four crispy beef tacos at the drive thru. It was around 1:30am, it was not busy at all, yet from the start the attendant was cold, rude, and treated me as if in a tremendous hurry to get rid of me. There were no other customers, and the dinning room was closed. There were a couple of strange people just loitering around the pickup window, not in a car, just standing around in the dark by the window, they were clearly not employees. This doesn't really bother me, but I could imagine it would make some people very uncomfortable -- it's 1:30 am after all. No bother to me though, I can happily put up with the poor attitude and odd people loitering if the food is good. There was barely any beef on the tacos! That won't work. I order the same order a couple times a week at other locations. Always about the same time of day too. It makes for a quick easy meal when I get off work late -- you can say I know what to expect from this order. Nothing is worse (for a taco order) than skimping on the meat filling on a taco. After eating the mostly lettuce tacos, I remembered why I don't usually go to this location. I had this same problem here before! Buyer beware. I don't like to give one star reviews, in fact, this is the only one I have left for a food service establishment. However, they messed up my dinner twice now. Tired and close to home after a 6 hr drive I stopped in this drive thru. I didn't read my message right so I ordered what I thought I read . Rereading it I realize it was Mexican Pizza on the bottom message. So I hurried up and got to the window I honked my horn to make sure they didnt already start the order. I wanted to correct the mistake I made. The Man that came to the window acted like I offended him by honking with the other employees staring at me behind him Really?! I told him to make it Mexican pizza instead of the burrito. I apologized for my mistake and proceeded to pay he asked if I wanted hot sauce I said Mild. When I got my order it looked literally like someone just threw the Mexican Pizza in the bag maybe in anger. It was broken apart and had sauce every where. I didnt eat it. I was disgusted. These employees need to either look elsewhere for a job they're happy with or management needs correcting. Because it was horrendous in appearance and worst in customer service. Yeah we can cook at home if we're not traveling nurses. It costs nothing to be a decent person. If you ain't happy go somewhere else.They just think they're entitled enough to give bad customer service. Horrible humans don't make Taco Bell look good. Trust me the other one closer to my neighborhood in Brookside is just as worst. They make feel like you're a bother to them. No more Taco Bell for me....

This location has completely floored me to me it shouldn’t matter of what time I come in to get food I expect for my food to come out correctly. I ordered three combos and out of the three one was done as I asked. My chalupa combo I asked kindly at the speaker to get my shell done fresh. In response my chalupas were given to me hard on the edges and when it was handed back I watched as I was given the same chalupas that I had just handed back to them just put in a new bag. For the cook or manager whatever to sit at the end of the line telling me that they aren’t going to remake my food as requested caught me off guard. Secondly as far as my other combo done incorrectly I also ordered a chicken quesadilla combo I requested also at the speaker for it to be cooked well done and for me to drive two miles away to grab the quesadilla and it still be flimsy and bearly browned at all it was just a waste it wasn’t even eaten. I don’t know what needs to be done but I feel like I was taken advantage of for $42 bucks to eat one combo of three unacceptable!!!! I used to work for Taco Bell so I know how these items...
