Review for QuikTrip #00009 (51st Street, Tulsa, OK) ⭐
On Wednesday, August 13th at 4:27pm, I stopped at this QT and accidentally left behind my vintage Versace prescription eyeglasses. I didn’t realize which QT I had been at until the next day, so I returned on Friday evening around 7pm (Aug 15), after work.
When I asked about my glasses, the cashier immediately remembered me and said a customer had turned them in, telling him: “Somebody’s going to be looking for these because they’re very expensive.” Unfortunately, when he checked the lost and found, nothing was there.
The store manager, Justin M., then assisted. He called the day manager and confirmed my prescription glasses had been thrown away Thursday morning—less than 18 hours after they were turned in. Even Justin was mortified that this had happened.
I was forced to replace my glasses at a cost of $392.08 with insurance. My receipt shows the total before insurance would have been $775.02. For QT to discard medically necessary prescription eyewear so quickly is unacceptable.
Justin was professional and apologetic, but QT’s lost-and-found policy is the real issue. I have filed a complaint with corporate requesting reimbursement for my loss. Customers deserve a more reasonable policy, especially for items as critical and expensive as prescription glasses.
I will update this review with the outcome of my complaint.

So since they have started Pre-prepping the scrambles, I’ve had an issue with having to always take mine back because it’s not warm all the way through. So that’s exactly what I had to do today and afterwards of course the cheese is burnt and it was hard! But that’s not the half! While eating I found a bread tie in my food!!!! Like seriously….I almost choked!!! I eat a scramble every single morning and this is so disappointing.
