Read moreI just went through the drive thru and no one answered me for what it felt like 10 minutes. There was only 1 car ahead of me 1 in the stall , so they were not busy . I could hear them over the speakers so I waited and the lady just said "Are you here for a Door dash or a call ahead order " ? Not Thank you for waiting welcome to Sonic . I told her a call ahead order gave her the name she repeated it wrong I sit there she didn't tell me to pull around . So I said okay well I will just pull around , thank you . I sit there waiting for my order and she open the window and said "here " . She wasn't rude just unprofessional. I got home my nephew French toast was too crispy (too hard to eat )plus without his syrup he definitely didn't want no part of it. Read morePulled in a little after 3 pm, pushed the button, waited a solid 7 mins for it to answer. Maybe 5 cars in lot counting mine. Ended up pulling up the app and putting in my order on that. They answered the box when I was submitting my order on the app at 3:16. I got 3 small shakes. The screen said it was in the kitchen until 3:30 when I buzzed in and asked about it then the message changed saying my order was getting started. Like what? I checked my app and it said my delivery was completed at 3:21. I assume they bumped my order off too soon and didn't follow through to make sure it was completed. I waited until 3:38, still no shakes, 3 y.o in the backseat screaming he needed to potty so I had to buzz in and cancel order so I could leave.
