Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Tulsa

I ordered a large taco pizza without sausage and when I got it home I realized it had sausage on it. This was the Mazzios with the address 1506 South Sheridan in Tulsa. I retuned to Mazzios to get the same lady that said there was not any sausage on the taco pizza. She took my receipt and the pizza and came back with a "Taco Pizza". I reassured the lady that this was a taco pizza without sausage and she said yes. As soon as I arrived back home a second time, I opened up my pizza to see a large cheese pizza with marinara pizza sauce and a mask of lettuce, some tomatoes, black olives, and a little tortilla chips. No refried beans was on there. I just have to let it be known that it appeared to be a legit taco pizza with the parchment paper and taco sauce on top of the parchment paper. Whenever I went to take a slice from the taco pizza without sausage, as I lifted up the pizza all the toppings fell off to reveal the large cheese pizza. They were really trying to play like they made the taco pizza without sausage really fast. I have not ever experienced this before. Be careful ordering from the Mazzios with the address 1506 South Sheridan, you may end up with a large cheese pizza with taco pizza toppings. (In the picture attached you can clearly see no refried beans and a cheese pizza with the taco pizza...

The first two pictures show the pizza I originally received, and the third picture is the corrected pizza after I called and complained.

When I got home, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The pizza was cut at strange angles, making it look like slices were taken out — possibly to eat. This was supposed to be a large pizza, but it looked like someone helped themselves.

After discussing it with my family, I decided to call and ask for a replacement. I explained the situation politely, but the operator accused me of lying and insisted their employees “don’t have time to be messing with the food like that.” Instead of offering good customer service, they made me feel like I was at fault.

Eventually, they remade the pizza, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. A simple mistake could have been corrected without the accusations and attitude. I won’t be...

I ordered a triple play bundle yesterday 2/27/2019 Got confirmation at 12:13 it was ordered. Got the confirmation at 12:46 it was leaving store. The lady didn’t get here until almost 1:50... I called and complained and when I was on the phone when the lady finally showed up! The operator on the line with mazzios sent me to customer service and literally that guy was the biggest douchbag. My food showed up LATE, COLD & wrong to top it off. When I told the guy all this he said I’m the one who ordered it wrong even when I told him I’m looking at my receipt. He offered a $5 credit for my next purchase. 😂 $5 whole dollars . I usually order the triple play bundle once a month sometimes more and they lost a loyal customer today for being selfish. Will 10/10 never reccomend...
