The young man who helped me first was kind and tried to help. He didn't know how to reload my gift card, so he went to grab his manager. The manager didn't listen to his employee when he told him that I wanted to purchase bread, then load the rest onto my gift card. When the manager asked his employee where the gift card was, his employee told him that I had it, and I held it out for him. He grabbed the card, walked off, and said that he needed to grab another card. I stopped him and said that there was still money on that card, and I wanted to reload the card. He stared at the screen for a second and said that he didn't think that I could do that. I told him that I've done that many times, but usually, the employee has to contact the manager to help. I said that if he would use my cash for the bread, I would come back another day for the woman manager to help me reload the card. He proceeded to complete my transaction, handed me my receipt, and off I went. It appears that further training is needed...

Would not let me return chocolate milk didn't buy there bought it by my job house o! 71st.ost ofy shopping is at braums I even buy other customers groceries at different locations which this store is one of them. 71st and Harvard n 31st, and admiral area 51 off Yale area. Didn't realize the cap was higher than other side also had a slow leak on bottom. Wasted $5.00 which I don't even remember getting a receipt. But I just wanted to exchange and hell it's got your braums logo. Had pulled doubles and was tired won't be going...

Love, Love, Love!! All Braums are good food and clean. Braums on Sheridan always has friendly, hrlelpful staff that seem to genuinely enjoy working for Braums by how they interact with the public. Always have been courteous and polite and offer to help me when i buy groceries. P.S. Braums Pecan Pie, if you've never had it, in the frozen foods section, is THE BEST! All natural ingredients, REAL BUTTER and with tax, seven dollars and change...I think Ill buy...
