Read moreI arrived at 11:20 PM and did not even get to order until about 11:40 PM. When I finally did get to order i ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese to which the person rang up a quarter pounder I thought "No biggie accidents happen." When i corrected the person nicely they decided to say some things that i will not be repeating and then laughed about me. When she "came back" she asked about the correct order this time. After completing most of my order i redeemed points for a free kids meal so my daughter could eat something with mom and i. The lady rang up the order but didn't put it on the screen or the receipt which again is no big deal. From 11:45 PM when i completed the order to 12:20 AM i was in the line that wasn't moving and no they where not busy i had maybe 4 or 5 cars ahead of me this SHOULD NOT have taken as long as it did I finally was able to pay and proceed to the next window to which i was met with who i would later find out is the manager didn't even have my order pulled up to ask me if it was correct he instead just asked what i had ordered Again no big deal i simply told him what i ordered and he went back to the kitchen where i waited another 5 - 10 minutes before he came back with fries that where so old they tasted grainy and where not at all satisfying. I realized he didn't bring me a kids meal that i ordered and had redeemed points on so i requested it yet again. When he returned with my kids meal i also requested the fries to be fresh and this took another 10 - 15 minutes before i received them. I finally got everything i had ordered and headed home when i arrived eager to eat i found that not only was part of my order STILL not correct my burger patties where burned. I used to work in these kitchens the grill is timed which means that they intentionally ignored the alarm and still sold me burnt patties. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT FAST...
Read moreMy visit early this morning was ridiculous. I ordered the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich as well as the buy one get one free Quarter Pounders with Cheese from the survey code on the receipt. I was in a Lyft coming back from Osage Casino. Lyft charges a per minute standing fee. Both the driver and I both CLEARLY stated the Artisan Chicken Sandwich without the dressing and honey mustard on the side. The cashier REPEATED the order PERFECTLY. It took us TWENTY FIVE MINUTES to get to the first window. Then the cashier didn't know how to enter the survey code so she went and got a coworker to help her. At the time, I didn't realize that she was not only not familiar with the cash register, she was also not familiar with McDonalds MENU either. By the time she finally gave me my change, four cars in front of me had left without their orders! So the worker in the second window had no idea what my order even was when we pulled up but finally handed me my bag, the bottom of which was soaking wet. Then when I got home, I opened the bag and then the box to discover that she had rung up and the cook had prepared the CRISPY BUTTERMILK CHICKEN SANDWICH rather than the ARTISAN GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH that I had ordered! I have nonHodgkins lymphoma and I am not allowed to eat ANY fried food! And even if I didn't have CANCER, here are the differences between the two sandwiches: I ORDERED the ARTISAN GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH, which has 380 calories, 36 grams of protein and 15% of the RDA of iron. She served me the CRISPY BUTTERMILK CHICKEN SANDWICH, which has 570 calories, 28 grams of protein and 15% of the RDA of iron. So 200 calories more for 8 grams of protein less and a sandwich I AM NOT ALLOWED TO EAT BECAUSE OF CANCER! So, after paying for all of the wait time to my Lyft driver, then paying for the wrong item, I STILL...
