This location has to be the worst of all there was absolutely no one there when I went for breakfast and my drink was completely flat terrible disgusting I cannot stand when customer service is that bad when they have no business and their food and drinks are terrible. From McDonald's I kind of expect the food to be tasteless and Bland and not really that good it's more or less a quick bite of convenience but at least get the beverages correct it isn't that hard to test the beverages to make sure they are carbonated and not flat it isn't that hard. I don't recommend this location to anyone they don't seem to care about anything here * Update* So today November 12th 2018 I went to this location again for myself and my co-worker I placed two orders both with Large Drinks sprites after I pulled out and got back to work I noticed there was no ice and the drinks weren't even filled up 3 quarters so my co-worker called the location and ask to speak to a manager who's name is Jose. He told us he would make it right and do both orders again so I proceeded to leave work again and got to 15th and Peoria I spoke with Jose who took my receipts and gave me two large cups for me too fill myself so I did. I went to their soda machine filled my large cup up with sprite tasted it and what a surprise it was flat. I then told a staff member the issue which she then said to me, " Well it shouldn't be flat". Really then she told me to select a different beverage are you kidding me? This is the worst customer service possible you should never question a customer and tell them that they are wrong I was polite and calm they care nothing about the customer staff member's under Jose's direction don't even care to check their beverage's? My co-workers apple pie was also doughie and not cooked all the way through. I will not be back to this location anytime soon. This is not acceptable and not how this franchise is suppose too run. I surely hope upper manager's and administers will see this post and try to make things better this is why fast food chains go out of business. As customers we can't sit back and accept this disregard for customer service their prices keep going up but yet the quality and customer service keeps getting worse and worse. I really thought Staff and Managers would show that they do actually care about their franchise and their jobs and fix an easy problem but they are too lazy too check a simple problem im sure they will get many complaints throughout the day as im sure the just let this issue go unimpeded. Please as customers demand better we all love McDonalds I know I do things need to change customers should be treated good and their time and money should be respected! Hopefully changes will be made in the future to bring the quality and customer service back to this location. For now do yourself a favor and stay away from this location but if you do go don't accept their excuses demand that you as the customer get the experience and service you deserve again they only have profits and jobs because of us remember we as the customers have the power to...

Counters are dirty, having to request meled cheese and making sure they give you a warm strawberry pies they give you or gave me an apple pie, i had to go thru the drive thru agai and im disavled couldnt go in They made me wait in a 5 cars in front of me by tge time i got to the window the girl daid i would have to go in...she saw my handi cap flyer and instead of having of waiting inted of me pulling out of line and pull up where the people wait to get their food MY FOOD I HAD PAID FOR ALREADY I UAD TO WAIT BEHIND 5 OTHER CARS THAT HAD NOT PAID. WHEN I GOT HOME MY QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE IT WAS COLD NOT EVEN WARM. THE FRIES WERE COLD AND I HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A STRAWBERRY PIE I ORDERED TW O STRAWBERRY PIES QND GOT ONE OF APPLE AND ONE APPLE PIE. THE GIRL WORKING THE SECOND WINDOW GAVE THE GIRLS AHEAD OF ME WAS CARRING ON HAVING A CONVERSATION FOR 5 MINUTES NOT CARRING THERE WERE ALOT OF CARS BEHIND ME AND I HAD TO COME BACK BEFORE MY TWINS WOULD EAT THEY ARE TWINS 7 YEARS OLD THEY THRWE A FITS AND I HAD TO GO BACK WHEN I GOT HOME THE BURGER I GOT FOR THEM WAS UN/ACCPTABLE THEY WOULDNT EAT IT. THE CHEESE WAS COLD AND THE CHEESE WAS NOT MELTED ON IT. THE BUNS WERE COLD I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS MCDONALDS IN OKMULGEE OKLAHOMA DOESNT SERVE FRESH FOOD AND LAUGHING WITH THE GIRLS IN FRONT UPSET ME, AND HAVING TO WAIT...PISED ME OFF.
THEN ABOUT 5 DAYS LATER I DECIDED TO GET MY WHEEL CHAIR OUT AND WENT OUT INSIDE. THIS TIME TIME I ORDRED A BIG MAC AND A MILK SHAKE AND A PIE. INSTEAD OF WAITING TO GIVE ME MY SHAKE. THE WEATHER WAS HOT OUTSIDE VERY HOT OVER 100 AND LIKE I SAID ABOVE HANDING MY SHAKE THEN I HAD TO WAIT ON MY BURGERS THEY HANDED ME THE SHAKE , WAITED ABOUT 5MINITES FOR MY BURGERS THEY HANDED ME THE PIE THEN A FEW MINUES LATER HANDED ME MY PIE NONE OF MY ITEMS WERE BAGGED I HAD TO CARRY IT ALL OUT IN MY HAND. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE BY THE TIME I LEFT THE SHAKE WAS MELTED, THE COOKIES WERE HARD AND TGE PIE CRUST WAS OLD AND ENDS WERE AS HARD AS I HAVE EVER TASTED. YEAH NO I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND TGEY NEED TO TALK TO THE WORKERS ABOUT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I "HAD" TO ASK FOR THE CHEESE TO BE MELTED THE WORKER HOLLARD TO THE "COOKS " with melted cheese got home and both cold. The quarter lb cheese burger was which i ask the cheese to be melted was burnt and chewing it was like it was burnt and old as well with the buns on both were stale and cold and the big mac was sloppey hab alot too much to eat without using a fork on that one or a spoon the botrom bun was do soggy i will a N O T go back for a very long time. I def will go to Colemans, Brahms, or Another Place which cost more but their foodis good and the workers are polite and the bugers are hot and delicious . I Def will not give this Mcdonads as i stated above sorry for the lengeth of this girls opinion, I would give it a double ZERO RATING IF IT WAS AN OPTION.

When it is a certain time of night and there is no cars in the drive-thru at 9:00 at night and you always change up what time your lobby is closed and tell us to either go through the lobby or through the drive-thru It is very annoying when we're already pulled up in the drive-thru when there's no cars around and you tell us to go inside had I went inside in the first place there was a chance that you would have tried to tell me to go around through the drive-thru and had the doors locked
Now you may think I'm just some random delivery driver and it doesn't matter because another one will come and pick it up no I am not a random regular driver I am a sponsored driver and my report on the restaurant counts way more than a regular drivers
Enough with the head games we are the customer for the customer do you not realize that are you going to tell a regular customer to go around and come inside the lobby to pick up a mobile order no we are the customer for the customer when it is 9:00 at night and there are no cars in the drive-thru enough with the head games telling us that your lobby is open until 11:00 when you change it up every night we don't have to freaking keep track of that stuff I've been doing this longer than you guys have even been working at that location it's not that big of a deal to just give the food
I had to cancel the order because I am not going to play your head games I already pulled up at 9:00 at night normally your lobby would be closed depending on location and time of day and what day and week 9:00 is late enough for me to be able to come to the drive-thru with no problems
