This location is the reason I will never go to another whataburger. They locked the doors an hour before the dining area was closed. The drive thru was backed up around the building and out in the streets. Called and spoke with the manager Jamie Hexan (might be off on the spelling), he said YES WE ARE OPEN(lobby). Walk up and doors locked. A female acknowledged me and shook her head no. Called Jamie again, he said yes we are open. Told him the issue.. He had no clue they locked the doors! We stood there waiting then finally the female, possibly a lead was wearing a gray shirt, came up and was trying to make us leave. I told her no, I just spoke with the manager saying they are open. We still had 1 hour before the lobby closed. She got the biggest attitude saying I don't care and walked off. We came in, with all my kids too, and I asked her what is her name.. She told me to F××k off! Wow! I asked for the manager and the other coworkers, who were very nice, said he has been in his room all day. I asked one of them to please get him. It too him 5 minutes to come out and acknowledge us. At this point we were done. Frustrated and in complete disbelief. The very rude lady did apologize to me kids after I asked her why would she set this example for kid watching her!? We all walked out with no food. Will never return to any location....
Read moreLet's talk about my experience shall we.... Ol' Amanda in drive thru is just thru and it showed in her customers service this morning. We ordered the breakfast burger combo and asked about fries instead of the hasbrowns. I don't think it's weird but Ol' Amanda did. Burger and fries go together in my book....Amanda! Then once finishing we got to the window to pay. Upon receiving our drinks; I noticed the LACK of ice. Ol' Amanda got agitated cause I asked for an extra cup of ice. One of our root beers had 4 cubes and the other had 5 cubes..... some people like ice Amanda! She slammed the window after saying I have to go to the back to get more, hmmmmmm That means you have been scrapping the bottom of the ice bin for ice cause you hate your job and obviously didn't want to work this morning and that became my fault??? Well we got a medium cup half full of ice. That meant one of us gets a colder drink than the other🤣. Thank goodness the manager stepped in and was more happier with us upon our departure. Man! Ol' Amanda!(Caucasian girl, looks about 27 but may be younger and just rough looking, with blond hair) I loved fast food and did it for 15+ years. So it's not where you work but how you treat others thats the issue...
Read moreOverall horrible experience. Stopped by to grab food on my way back home from visiting family in Tulsa. My wife and I love Whataburger and wanted some for the ride home. Trying to place our order was a joke. The lady was friendly but rung up a # 2 add cheese and bacon wrong 4 times. Finally got that right and moved on to the bbq chicken strip sandwich and large fry that once again, proved to be very difficult to ring up. After the 3rd time of saying no drink, just the sandwich and fries, I just gave in and accepted i was going to be paying for a drink that I didn't want. Meanwhile nobody had a sense of urgency in the building, including the manager who was standing in the lobby taking to another lady for 15 minutes. I know this because it took that long to order and get my food. After I got my food, we took it to go, and drove about 20 mins out of town before we decided to eat. Our order was completely wrong. Gave me 2 burgers instead of my chickenstrip sandwich. Not only that, but neither burger was made right. Guess I wasted $25. Hopefully someone will read this before they decide to waste there money...
