I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a bowl with orange chicken and fried rice and a large coke. Once I got to the window the worker handed me my food and said I'm sorry but I can't give you a receipt because it didn't print. I pointed at the sign on the window that states "no receipt then your meal is on us" and said looks like my lunch is free. The worker had no idea what I was talking about and stuck her head out the window and read the sign. The manager came and said she would print the receipt again. After several minutes of her messing with the printer I was asked to pull around the front and wait. I said it's fine as I did not want to wait any longer but suggested they remove the sign from the window if it's not true. I drove back to my work a few minutes away and proceeded to eat my lunch when I found 2 pieces of hair in my food. I placed them on a napkin and drove back to the store and talked to the manager (an extremely rude lady). She insisted it was not hair and it was from my napkin. I asked for a refund and she said she could not because I didn't have a receipt (really?!). She offered me another bowl of food which I denied as I was grossed out by the hair in the previous bowl. She insisted there was nothing she could do. I threw my food in the trash can on the way out the door. The works and manager of this store are incompetent. Read moreThe last time I ordered panda I paid $60.00 and did not get 1 pack of soy sauce. No napkins and I didn't recieve the two drinks I ordered. It was too late to call for they were closed. Last Friday night I again wanted Panda. I did the order on Uber eats . I was offered a 7$ coupon. I did my order and noticed the delivery address was something I had never seen before. It literally was a strangers address. I notified the delivery driver. I called the store to ask the manager if he would make good on my drinks. I was told by the manager if I came into the establish Ent he would honor the drinks. I complained about the lack of sauces in my last order. I was told I had to request them. I never saw where to order sauces. Infact I was never asked. I told him. To please include soy sauce. I also told him I saw the wrong address on my order. He never asked me what the correct address was and I was so made I paid 6 dollars for drink plus tipped the driver. The driver followed my instructions and my food was delivered pretty quick.again I tipped. I swear nothing but food in the sack. No soy sauce no silverware, no napkins, no address corrected, and no drinks. I will never order Uber eats for I was charged and additional 9.99 for a subscription that was supposed to be free the 1st month. My phone immediately declared the website to be malicious. Read moreOn 9/19/2023 at 12:21pm i placed an order through drive thru took them awhile to get my food I get home open my food and the chow mein was nothing but vegetables I called the restaurant to complain because this is the second time and surprisingly the General Manager answer her name amara or something like that i explained to her what was going on she tried telling me that the chow mein has a lot of vegetables there’s literally no noodles on it there like cut in half mind you I eat panda all the time this is my second time eating here n the service and product always failed I usually go to the one in catoosa for the same reason even if it 20 minutes away from me she literally was arguing with me never tried to fix the issue when I asked for her full name she wouldn’t provide me with it.
