Young’s Hair Salon — Local services in Tulsa

I am new here and I met an older lady named Marie that very day.. I do not work health care at the moment. She probably in her 80's.. But she was headed to her hair appointment and when we got to Young hair salon the lady then was trying to hurry and push her out the door . I can't do you now I can't do you now . So I ask her can she set an appointment now while we are here for another day.. She said yes THURSDAY OR FRIDAY!! So Mrs. Marie set her appointment for 2pm for Friday. Well I went to pick Mrs. Marie up to take her to her appointment. And she was waiting for me.. We got to Young's hair salon and immediately she denied her again.. FOR NO REASON.. she said oh your appointment was Thursday.. NO MA'AM IT WAS NOT !!!! She then told her to book another day and from there I knew it was just her was of not wanting to do this ladies hair . She was walking over here when I met her in the hot sun and you deny this lady for nothing.. such a shame that you treat the elderly this was and I hope you reap from this in the same way that you treated her!!! So don't take your parents here if you care about the way...

The Asian lady there doesn’t know how to cut hair at all. I asked for her to give me a certain haircut, that I wanted. I said “cut the sides and leave the top part on” And guess what she does? She cuts the top part off anyway… Like why? I specifically asked you NOT to cut the top part of my hair off! Only the sides… and you do it ANYWAY! I’ve never been so angry at a barber in my life. I stopped coming here and I cut my own hair from now on. And it’s not just this place, it’s mostly everywhere!
