El Ranchero Food Trucks — Restaurant in Tulsa

Tonight I ordered a taco plate with four chicken tacos rice and beans add cheese also another four tacos two with chicken and two with steak since they said I couldn't order them with both meats and not meat on the side either 🙄. Well I get all the way home and my tacos are there but no rice and beans I paid my money for!!! I called back to tell them I didn't get my rice and beans thinking they'd at least try to make it right and she ( the lady who's always at the window been in the window for years) put me on hold (for what I don't know) then came back and blatantly said that they put them in the bag in a small box 🤷 well I told her that I'm looking at my food and there's no rice and beans no where in sight just the tacos and napkins in the bag so she says well I don't know what to tell you they said they (I don't know who "they" are) put it in there. It's the disrespect and pretty much treating me as if I'm a liar that I can't deal with nor will I tolerate I've often visited this food truck many times over the years during lunch even when they're extremely packed and I basically spent my money tonight for someone else to eat. 🤬 I will never be back there and don't recommend. I mean who'd lie about not having their rice and beans??🤣 Seriously that's totally ridiculous people it's rice and beans. It's not like I was missing the tacos I just wanted what I paid for. They need better customer service I should've walked off when she sneezed and didn't wash her hands after wiping her nose nor was anyone wearing gloves 🤢 not worth the money, not worth the drive, not worth the aggravation!!! Go next door to Portobella they have way better service and the food will actually be hot and fresh. The ONLY reason I went there tonight anyway, was because they were already closed for the night. I have always loved eating here. I only eat here every now and then, and I always order the same thing. My boyfriend and I always order from the far right side truck, and we get the #3 burritos. They are always so delicious, customer service is always great and never gets it wrong. I went tonight and I was extremely disappointed in my experience. We walked up to the food truck standing in the window waiting to order, and a women with long black hair was working the cash. We stood there waiting for her while she was just cussing up a storm with this person on the phone. We literally wait for her to get off her phone call and rudely asks us what we want. We tell her 2 number 3’s, and one of them with no onions. After we got our food, she decided to take the onions out of both orders, they burnt the meat inside the burrito and the sauce that usually comes with it is not even close to what it’s supposed to be, looks like they poured a tiny bit of grease into a cup and called it good. Amazing food to get at 2 AM. Better than most restaurants. Marked 1 star off because the girl taking the order didnt understand what i was asking. It was a simple question of whether i can add somdthing to my torta. Then when we thought our order was ready we walked up but the lack of response made us think otherwise so we sat down. About 10 minutes later she said our number and when we arrived to the counter she said our food had been ready. We were sitting a few feet away within view - what you couldnt flag us down?

Update Originally marked 4 stars and now it's 2. Food is a hit or miss, ladies that take orders never understand what I ask for. I ordered a milanesa torta and got chicken?? It was flat and hard to chew through. Asked for extra Verde sauce and got none. Plus their attitude is enough to turn me away.
