If you've ever had a true hamburger you know it's not just about slapping some meat on the grill. Ruby's is now our goto burger joint for fun, great people, amazing tasting food... having my wife and I hooked. During our visit the owner (a very professional and young new talent) to the community that has commanded respect through her exceptional business practices, great food, and willingness to train three new cooks during a very large lunch hour rush. The cooks were able to get orders out quickly, hot, fresh for dining in, or door dashed. Impressed by this owner, chef, and business-woman. We were treated to a rare experience not taking us back to the days of soda jerks, but that of the future. The Chocolate and Lemon marine pies we got to go, melting our hearts to perfection as we tasted the most incredibly flaky (consistently cooked throughout) pie crust. The filling so light and fluffy. The right amount of flavor had our taste buds wanting more. The rootbeer (made from honey, not sugar) instantly took us back to the days of car hops that everyone loves. Rounding out the business as a whole. A very well run business with amazing new things for us to return explore and try soon. Thank you for becoming our #1 go-to diner.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rudy’s and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I sat down, the attentive server made me feel right at home.

To start off my meal, I ordered a cheeseburger, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. The patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the cheese melted oh-so-smoothly. Each bite was pure delight.

But that’s not all, the tater tots and chili cheese fries that accompanied my burger were out of this world. The tater tots were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the chili cheese fries had just the right amount of kick and a generous helping of cheese that was simply mouthwatering.

For dessert, I indulged in a brownie with ice cream, and it was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. The brownie was rich and decadent, and when paired with the creamy and cold ice cream, it was a match made in dessert heaven.

Overall, my experience at Rudy’s was nothing short of amazing. The food was top-notch, with each dish packed full of flavor. The attentive service from the server also added to the overall enjoyment of my dining experience. I highly recommend Rudy’s to anyone looking for a delicious and...

Family-owned business from the sounds of it from our waitress who served and helped us! Burgers were good 7.5/10

Clean inside and plenty of seating *seat yourself.

My husband was excited when we stopped here and said he had been wanting to eat here for a bit since we've driven past and it's always busy!

He got the Ruby's Signature Burger and said it was delicious. Enjoyed it with tutor tots & fried pickle spears (unusual tasting oil)

I ordered a simple double burger with bacon pickles, fried egg (cooked just right, ) and tomatoes for more carnivore keto was good. Tomatoes weren't in season.

Extremely friendly staff, the one daughter makes all the desserts and the mom grills the burgers. Good family vibes

Came in for the 2nd time and it was even better than the 1st! Tried the desserts mmm so GOOD!!!

Our 3rd time eating here and the food has improved since the 1st round! Its a the place to meet with the family now.

Strawberry rhubarb pie was not that my favorite tasted more like canned strawberry filling and couldn't tell there was rhubarb in it. Crust was good.

Sweet potato fries are...

Whilst in Tulsa this last Friday, The Boy and I decided to grab a burger and Ruby's was the closest place we had not yet been to. Seating was immediate and the staff more than friendly. Menus were traded for drink orders, and we set about trying to decide. We both went basic on this trip. The Boy doing a single bacon cheeseburger with 1/2 order of sweet potato fries, while I upped it to a double bacon cheeseburger with American Cheese, please... and a 1/2 order of haystack onion rings. Food arrived quickly enough, so we set to. The burger was incredibly well made. The meat cooked with a great crust, and the ingredients stacked respectably high. Even squashing it down, something I don't usually do, I was hard pressed to be my jaws around it. The onion rings were good, but maybe a little overcooked. The Boy's sweet potato fries.... wowzers they were good. He got the cinnamon and sugar sprinkle, and it took them right over the top. Not sure when I'd make it back to Ruby's, because it's a far piece out of my stomping grounds, but if I'm the neighborhood and it's burger time, I'd stop back by in a hot minute.

I was treated to lunch at Ruby’s for my birthday by one of my best friends, who knew just the right place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest woman who told us, “Call me Granny.” That introduction alone set the tone — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. Granny took our order with genuine kindness, and I decided on the Ruby Special, not knowing exactly what to expect. What I got was one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had in Tulsa. I was honestly a little shocked by the size and presentation — it was a show-stopper. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the fried onions and fried pickles paired beautifully to create an unforgettable flavor. I probably didn’t need the extra order of tater tots, but no regrets — they were delicious too. Beyond the incredible food, what really stood out was the cleanliness of the kitchen and, more importantly, Granny herself. She was the heart of the experience, and I’d go back just to see her again. Ruby’s isn’t just a great burger joint — it’s a place that makes you feel at home.
