Ate at Phil’s a few times while visiting realatives My Dad introduced us to Phil’s and we were pleasantly surprised What a wonderful little neighborhood diner I liked it allot better than First Watch and IHOP and the prices are allot better at Phil’s as well Old fashioned breakfast with awesome service The eggs and ham were made to order and they got it right the first time the hash browns were simply amazing it’s like the were home made from scratch on the spot not burnt not undercooked simply amazing! The waitstaff were warm welcoming inviting and local homespun goodness Tulsa the way it was years ago Wonderful atmosphere If your in Tulsa look up Phil’s Diner Don’t waste your time or money at IHOP or First Watch Phil’s is way better! Man even the toast is amazing! They even have an old fashioned bar with stools that you can set at It’s one of the rare gems of T Town Do yourself a favor and check it out You will be...

So me amd my boyfriend visited this place early in the week. He had been telling me about the food here so I was really excited to go. The first meal was great, so we decided to go again on Thursday. Absolutely horrible!😔When I received my plate, the hashbrowns tasted like blueberry and the sausage looked like plastic. The waitress came amd ask if I wanted anything else, and I nicely replied no thank you. I don't believe in sending food back. She took the meal off and apologized. She was nice and I replied saying no problem, I understand. The issue came with the older lady, my boyfriend explained the situation and she became nasty and stated it was cooked this morning. I spoke with my boyfriend and said it wasn't worth it. Needless to say, we won't be back! Its a shame cause we love to eat, we weren't asking for anything, she didn't have to be rude. What a way for our elders to teach the younger...

This is the most comfortable diner I have ever been in. It just feels so homey, it's wonderful. The staff is also extremely friendly. Somehow we always seem to get the same server and she's always very sweet. I need to get her name and I'll update this when I do. The reason for 4 stars is that the food is just so hit or miss. One time we got crunchy overcooked swimming in grease hash browns and I got the worst steak I've ever had, honestly. And then other times we got this most wonderful fluffy biscuits and fantastic gravy with perfectly cooked eggs. The problem is that when it's bad, it's really bad and it upsets me that I even spent money on it. I keep returning though for the various other reasons that this place is great. Maybe I just need to figure out a regular thing for me to order than I won't have to worry about it being.....

Great experience! My kids and I went to Tim’s for the first time this week. My favorite breakfast meal is eggs benedict and I like just the basic version: English muffin, ham, poached egg, hollandaise. I was very pleased with Tim’s offering. The side of hash browns was delicious as well. My daughter got a cinnamon roll. It was huge, yeasty and so yummy. What really made the day for me, though, was that our wonderful server Jessica brought my coffee in a cup that said “happy birthday” on it. And it just so happens that we went out to breakfast to celebrate my birthday! So overall, we had a great experience.

Friendly, cozy diner. Home style cookin', comfy booth, tasty coffee and service with a smile. I'm from Georgia, and needed a dose of Southern hospitality. I got that and more at Tim's. The waitresses made sure my food was cooked to order.(Bacon, eggs, toast and one pancake) Tim won't let you down. By the time I finished my breakfast, I felt like these folks were my extended family.
