Scrimish broke out while watching band. One guy, to get to another guy, pushed a woman down on her head, gave her a concussion, and broker her ankle. Fight never got going. Just one unlucky woman who got pummeled for no reason. Cowardly (and drunk) MANAGEMENT refused to call the police for assault as the girl had to be ambulanced out. The woman was rolled out on a stretcher and management DID NOT CARE! When asked why, manager says they cant afford to many police calls to their location. They kicked out my friend and I because some dude was harassing me by yelling at me and screaming “child abuse” because I dropped an almost finished joint. Let him make the joke for a bit but he was still going after a good minute and I asked him to stop. Dude didn’t even acknowledge me and kept screaming. Raised my voice a little and once again asked him to stop. Was continuously interrupted and told him I have a personal reason but i would appreciate it if he stopped with that. I was ignored until I went up to him and tried to yell over him my reason.The staff was less than helpful and if they’re going to allow this kind of behavior from patrons towards women I want everyone to know what a sick and disgusting place this is. Watched UFC 280 and had Rene help us out. He recommended the Cosmic IPA which was exactly what we were looking for. He searched for the UFC fight and let us have a TV even though there was an OSU game on. The food was bar food but the spicy fried pickles are totally my new favorite. And Rene is AMAZINGLY friendly and mindful and seems like the type of guy you want to befriend. He gave us a great rundown of places to checkout and what to avoid (like October fest on Sat night when Sunday is a better time to go). It's a really clean place for being considered "divey". Even the bathroom was super clean.
