We went through the drive through, had to repeat our order 4 times due to their screens glitching. Waited for 15 minutes to get our 2 combos that were both special ordered sandwiches, baconator no sauce, spicy chicken no mayo, no tomato. Got to the window, had to confirm our order again, gave our card to the person in the window. A few moments later he gave us our sodas and then gave our bags to us (at this time we did not realize he did not give our card back). We got to our destination and opened our bags, the sandwiches were wrong, and then my husband realized he did not have his card. I called Wendy's and they confirmed it was there and she would put it in the office. We went back later to pick it up, but they could not find it, we waited another 15-20 minutes for them to "look" for the card and then wait on a manager to answer their call. They came back and said they didn't know where it was but it was probably in the top safe, then said we would have to go back the next morning. I was so upset that I did not say anything about the sandwiches. Went back the next morning, and the lady "manager" on the intercom in the drive thru could not find it and told me she would call me back after 8 and I could talk to the RM.... It's after 8:30 and there was no call back, so I called back and spoke with the assistant general manager. I put my stars higher because of her Lulu, she did ask me to come up there but advised she would call and search everywhere for the card. Within 10 minutes (I was on the road headed there) she called back saying she found it!! She was very courteous and understanding, she has great customer service and I left with a smile and our card!!! Also, she did give us two combos due to our orders as well....
Read moreThis store could be better at customer service in store and via drive thru. The reason I rate the store lower is due to the same issues, repeatedly. They seem to think that the customer isn't entitled to their register order receipt, because they fail to provide mine. I always get a chicken BLT and they always wrap it with a huge hole in the paper foil which exposes the sandwich. The fries are either cold and too salty or hot and too salty. And, according to all the online buzzjerks, people are no longer "allowed" to ask for unsalted fries unless we're prepared to suffer THAT buzzjerk's personal no-salt punishment, which will be inflicted upon our food. It's pretty much the same when you choose no ice, because the people think it's so you can have more beverage. They've never heard of Raynauds Syndrome, or any other medical reason one cannot tolerate ice cold. It's always because of whatever they choose to call you. I just have to wonder why Wendy's hires all the medical physicians... Wendy's needs to STOP tossing condiments atop the open fries! Who likes foreign items nesting in their French fries! I've seen a worker drop the condiments onto the floor then pick the condiments up and toss them right into the order bag of food! Lastly, if I'm ordering but paying for several orders together, then put each order into its own bag and stop stuffing all items into the same bag where the driver will then hand out the food and now I'm forced to stuff my fries and torn wrapper chicken sandwich into my purse, where it'll be near impossible to eat because the fries have now spilled out into my purse and the sandwich is already with a ripped wrapper, so you imagine that outcome... Just give me my own order in my own...
Read moreTerry Ann and Josh are all terribleeeeeeeeee when I say terrible I mean terrible. No type of professionalism. I came in as a door dasher and someone else came in before me and stole the order. A $30 order keep in mind so that is not a lot of money to a multi million dollar company. I showed them the order I called the customer and the customer said the door dasher (me) is still waiting for the order. So Josh said he will remake it then double downed because he is lazyyyyy and called Terry Ann and she said that they are not going to make it anymore. It was complete BS because the order got stolen because they did not have the person that stole it confirm the order and the manager Josh was the one that said he “saw the name on the phone”. The saying the customers are always right DOES NOT apply here. Do not go here if you want terrible service and a restaurant that smells like a bathroom. I will say that the NEW employee at that his name is Nathan was absolutely considerate, understanding, and accommodating to this. He went out of his way to go against the grain of what Josh was saying and took initiative and was like I will remake it and was remaking it and Josh told him to stop. The 2 men employees at the fry station and the sandwich making station were also as rude and lazy as Josh was making snarky comments to me. I’ve worked at Wendy’s before so I know the policy of the customer is always right and they did not follow this policy very disappointed that I had to take time out of my day to write this
-sincerely an...
