OKAY!!! Sooooo. I think the atmosphere of this place is quiet excellent. But there's somethings you should know before you go. If you don't normally cook DONT GO HERE. If you can't eat a lot DONT GO HERE. And if you aren't use to eating KOREAN FOOD DONT GO HERE...

Here's my point of view!

First off it's 34$ a person plus they say 13.99 if you leave food left over!

Omgosh there's no way you can eat absolutely everything. And saying you are gonna charge 13.99 per pound for food left over is super intimidating. So I get they don't want you to waste food but come on. They are offering all you can eat.... Maybe if they are worried about left over food then don't do all you can eat. Let people enjoy their meal without over stuffing themselves and worried about being charged extra. I swear more people would come in if the sign wasn't so scary... I actually didn't see the sign until I left and was so worried because I didn't eat everything.. and they even say you can't get a Togo box for anything!! Which is understandable but don't charge 13.99 per pound for left over food. I really think they should change where you get to pick like 3 meats and all you can eat soup or just veggies Then they wouldn't have to stress!!

As a person WHO HAS NEVER COOKED KOREAN FOOD nor been to a Korean restaurant it was super intimidating. Just because I wasn't sure how to actually cook and each and every meat... I found myself really just sticking with shrimp and some chicken just because everything else I wasn't familiar with whatsoever.

So all that being said the owner I think was the owner was really nice. But I just wasn't feeling confident after leaving. Pretty disappointed actually because I just didn't realize how long to cook it.

It would be great to have a paper served with the menus on how long to cook each meat...

I spent some time googling but by the time I was through my meat was burning... There's also only a time limit of 2 hours so you need to cook fast and learn fast.

I would advise beginners to go with someone experienced. And try to eat all the food so you won't get charged. I'm so lucky they didn't charge me because after spending almost 90$ with tip for 2 people I would have cried.

It's just kinda...

EDIT BELOW: My last time, due to bad service the last three times. My tip tonight was a parting gift that completely should not have been given. If you all ever go to ipads for ordering on the table and self serve drinks and bbq change outs that are self serve let me know. At least you guys made it through 12 times before there were to many glitches to keep track. Thats just to damn expensive for 4 pieces of meats and having to order my veggies three times just to get what I ordered. No water refills or extra napkins and then some lady walking by that works there yanking my friends eating utensils out her hand to stir her soup and add water to her broth. Lol That was enough of that. Just bring each persons order since we aren’t going to ever get everything at once and a disappearing waitress. See yah!

*reading other reviews: the people explain and explain how things are done, you have to be a moron for this place to be chaos. You cant share thats the whole point, everyone at the table orders the same thing … again moronic to think you can share at an all you can eat place. The prices are listed on a huge poster and the menus. Its the HOT POT thats $5 extra not the bbq… world travelers that can’t get that right think each city is different state or country lol. Oh and its not a salad bar to the hicks that posted, all the sides are yummy from the self serve bar which is also explained. If you can’t figure this place out just stop reviewing and go back to Mc Donalds. I left my review because I'm not paying to not get service when Im only there for an hour tops. The whole thing with sharing a huge table with only two griddles is also ridiculous the way people eat twenty plates around here. I get one order of meat and a bunch of veggies, when you mess that up Im just done.

Edit: we went again. My grandson only wanted rice because he doesn’t like their food. He ended up just cooking our food because they wouldn’t sell us a bowl of rice only. We decided to eat twice as much of everything and not order from the bar. They made $50 less dollars for not selling us a bowl of rice. Congratulations!🍾 You all did a great job pissing me off so I can be...

I went to this place with my husband and my mother-in-law and we all did the bbq&hot pot. Everything was good and we enjoyed it until my husband ordered the won short rib on the second round. The meat was marinated with the dark and strong-flavored sauce so it was pretty hard to know if it's fully cooked. And Then after cooking for a couple minutes, my husband ate it and spit it out suddenly and told us that the meat taste weird. My mother-in-law and I tried the meat and it taste normal at first but as longer as you chewed on it, it started to taste like rotten fish as all the seasoning went off. After we paid and tipped them, we told our waitress that the meat taste kinda weird. She was nice and called her manager to come up. We told the manager what happened and she was like "No no no, we never offer our customers the bad meat, these short ribs are one of the most popular items and a lot of people ordered them today, they all came out from the same container where we marinated the meat yesterday." We don't really care about how popular this meat was but it was possible that the meat was not well prepared especially under such high temperature. We were not trying to get anyone in trouble or get a discount or anything like that. It's just such a disappointment that the manager wouldn't even trust us or went through an investigation as the customer reflected the bad experience with the food offered. She gave us a five dollar coupon but we ended up leaving without taking it since we would not come back again. And unsurprisingly, me and my husband both have been sick after...

Update: We went back with a group on a Saturday evening for dinner and the wait time was insane. I had to remove a star for the way we were treated. We called beforehand to try and make a reservation and the lady who answered the phone very rudely told us they never take reservations. So we show up at 7pm and we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting that long, we checked the wait time and were told it would be another 15 minutes. In total we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. We really enjoy this place but if you have a really large party, be prepared for very long wait times since they don't take reservations. We will be back but we will never go back on a Saturday evening. We find that the best time to go is during the week or mid afternoon on the weekends. This place was phenomenal! We've had a few bad experiences at the other hotpot restaurant in town, so we decided to give this one a try. We've never had Korean BBQ before but it was so good!!! The owner greeted us at the front desk and explained how to order, etc. Our waitress was excellent! They had many different options for sauces, kimchi, and fruits. I ordered the Won Special hotpot base and it was great! My boyfriend ordered the clear soup option and it just tasted like water so I would not recommend getting that one. We ordered the Miso Pork Belly as one of our meats and it was so good! Just melted in our mouths! It was a bit pricey, but the food quality was excellent and very fresh. We will definitely be back soon with a large group of friends!

This place is really popular and for a good reason. It's all you can eat Korean barbecue (in a 2 hour window). I just ate the barbecue and my fiance did the hot pot. You get to choose 5 ingredients at a time (for both barbecue and hot pot). They've got a decent selection for both (see pics). We did get alcoholic drinks, my fiance got warm sake and I got a gin and tonic. She liked her drink but I was kinda disappointed with mine. The tonic was flat. The meats were the star of the meal, as is the point for Korean barbecue. The beef bulgogi and short ribs were so flavorful! Marinated meats are the way to go for flavor. Grilled/sautéed veggies are good. The staff was great to come by regularly to ask if I wanted a new grill plate. We did have a newer waiter that forgot a one or two things but was kind and quick to act (truly a tiny inconvenience, not enough to impact the overall experience). The 2 hour time limit wasn't that big of an issue for 2 people. There's enough grill space to eat. If you're pushing more than 4 people, you just need to know/learn to take turns in waves. We got a table in a tucked back area which was quieter than other areas of the restaurant which was nice and didn't feel like we had to shout to be heard. While it is on the pricier side ($32 for the base all you can eat, not including drink or hot pot), it's a good experience. If you're wanting something nice but don't want to break your bank, here's a good spot.

I live to eat Korean BBQ and will travel to Dallas or OKC to eat occasionally. I am exciting that Tulsa finally have one. The food was ok, our server was slow but good customer service but the lady that walked around and check on grill her service was bad. I don't know if she is the owner or what..... she came take our menur, then later came and judt turned off our grill without saying anything while we waited for one rib from our first batch ordered to be done cooking. Then when we got our second order and they switched the new grill, no one turn on the grill for us. I finally see a server passed by and asked to turn the grill for us. While grilled our second batches of ordered we will noticed that we have 40ish min left. We are still hungry and the grill cook soooo slow for a family of 5. It literally took us nearly 25 or more minutes to cook our bulgogi and rib. Only the center part of the grill cook well. Let me just said 5 items per person per order batch but because our family contain 3 kids, we dont even ordered half of the items per batch. I spend almost $200 for a family of 5 and we have to rush thru our second batches of ordered. Not finally full and satisfied with the store service. I will have to said as much as I like Korean BBQ, this is my first and last time with the restaurant.
