Absolutely the worst wendys in TULSA OK. They couldn't get a meal right if you wrote it down and gave directions. A older lady inside who obviously really hates her job.. you can see it written all over her face blamed me for my sandwich being wrong.. I've ordered my own food now for quite awhile im completely capable of knowing how I order my food. They are extremely rude the manger mike was the only one who was nice and took care of the problems I've had. I've had atleast 5-6 issues with this wendys and 3 of them happend in two days over the same thing.. if its that hard to make a Sandwich plain then maybe its time to consider shutting down. The other manger she pretty much called me a liar when I went in because mike said they would make it right.. believe me I wouldn't waste my time to lie and get a free hamburger especially from there.. it was wrong not once but twice and I go in to get my "free" hamburger once the manger finally shut her mouth and realized I was right they made my sandwich I decided to eat inside and SURPRISE! even the free one was wrong. The manger is horrible her attitude is disgusting she should never be allowed to get loud with a customer over one freaking hamburger what a joke. If I was trying to get a bunch of free stuff from there I would understand all I expected of them considering they call themselves a business was a little bit of respect and one hamburger tk be right. Its not a complicated task the sad part is they are all older very aware of there comments and how to act. I can't say anyone I know that has been to this wendys would care if it was shut down. Its a horrible place the service isn't even poor or fair its far below that they are an embarrassment and I would recommend saving time and going anywhere else. Let me tell you Wendy's if you're going to microwave it or have it so still and hot that it looks like it came out of an large microwave you can keep your little burger for $3 and I don't know how you ever get almost $6 for it at regular price because this is horrible this microwave is what it feels and taste like you guys just don't get it why advertise something if you're just going to microwave it and send it out the window like nothing
I got a Dave's number one single and it was about the size of one of their small little burgers except for the small Burgers tasted and was better. This is very disappointing and I think they have got their sandwiches to be as small as they possibly can get away with. I think the fries are a little boring and undercooked. And again I am very disappointed in what a Dave's single has turned into be unless they simply just gave me the wrong sandwich which I don't think they did won't be back to this Wendy's...
Read moreI ordered two chocolate frostys. I was handed the one on the right and an identical one. As I left the drive through I realized they were vanilla. No big deal. I went back around and asked for them to remake it. “Sir those are our chocolate frostys.” I asked for a refund and aaa told NOBODY on the property could offer refunds. Not even Charles with the name tag that said “manager” on it could give me a refund.
So just out of curiosity I went to another Wendy’s. Ordered a chocolate frosty. The ads this one you see on the left.
The workers and Charles the manager tried to gaslight me about the flavor of frosty. Refused to provide a number to call the manager. Refused to give me a number for the district manager.
I’ve reported this to corporate. Kinda silly to not just give a customer their refund when the order is wrong. It’s insulting to think nobody on property can give a refund until a week later when the store manager, whose name they wouldn’t give me, gets back...
