Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tunkhannock Township

When I placed my order on the phone, it appears that my call was handled by a call center and not the store itself in Tunkhannock, PA. I was told by the gentleman that took my order that they did not have the Garlic Parmesan sauce for the pizza. I always get that sauce on my pizza. When I picked up my pizza, I asked the lady that served me if they were out of the Garlic Parmesan sauce and she stated that they were not out of the sauce. I explained what I was told when I placed the order, and she told me that this happens frequently when the call center is used for ordering. I was not asked to re-order what I wanted and had to take the pizza that was ordered through the call center, even though it was not what I wanted. I was told that I needed to make sure when I order that I am not speaking with the call center, I am then to hang up and call back until I reached the actual store. This is unacceptable and I advised the store that I would be talking with Corporate about this issue. The Pizza tasted terrible and there was no extra cheese as...

I was seated far off at a tiny table, because I was buy myself. All the other booths had two people, so ok, no problem. The waitress took my order for the salad bar and nacho fries. Two other tables came after me got there salad bar, ate there salad and I still didn't have my salad. The waitress then brings nacho fries and salad plate out the same time. I am now forced to eat fries 1st so they don't get cold, but they are already cold!! The fries were warm at best, then Cold nacho cheese dumped on top, with other sprinkles of cold cheese on top....the waitress neverd comes back over. Finally to bring the bill, I tell her, she could care less. The other waitress was touching her face and her hair, the other waitress had her hair hanging all over the place...is there no management? Who trains these people? It was just terrible 😔 I have never left a bad review but this was deserved...20.69...for cold food, horrible service, and 1 Pepsi...that was the best part nice cold Pepsi, but it cost...

The waitress was really nice and checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The food arrived to our table quickly and when you're working long days away from home, being able to shovel food into your face right away so you can get back to the hotel and sleep is very important. The pizza was cooked perfectly and even though we were warned that is was hot, by the waitress and the steam, I wasted no time punishing my face hole with pizza. I was tired, starving, and the pizza smelled so good that I may have cried a little. Like a shower with fantastic water pressure and grandma's hugs (2 things that should always be enjoyed separately) Pizza Hut did not disappoint. I'm currently working/staying in Tunkhannock Mon-Thur so I will definitely...
