ANYONE ORDERING DELIVERY BEWARE

2:19pm I ordered food for delivery (2 mins down the street, 0.6 miles) & by 3:50, I called the restaurant to see what the status was of it because I still never received it... One woman answered, I ask her the status, she tells me "it's here" right I said...but it was for delivery? And also placed this order almost 2 hours ago? She then told me "hold on" & grabbed another man, he then proceeds to explain that there is "no driver yet" for this order...I told them that after almost 2 hours of waiting I'd like a refund. They then kept beating around the bush, asking me to pick up the 2 hr old food (mind you it was seafood...no thanks) & then actually tried to deliver me the seafood after sitting for 2 and a half hours(4:25 I received a call from someone saying they had the food at my business for delivery, but I was done for the day, closed & already had left after canceling this order the 1st phone call...) I told them no again, I don't want your almost 3 hour old Seafood Chipotle...I want my money back. Employee agreed with me coming in tomorrow & phone call ended. Super bummed & just warning those who get busy during the work days & order...

Second time being here since it opened. First time was ok when owner was there. However place has gone downhill very fast and i can see why. Food was out of a can and very bland. Online menu dosnt match restaurant menu whatsoever. Went for lunch at noon and was given only a dinner menu. Regular soda $4 each do not get what you order because servers cant understand you three of the four things we ordered were wrong. Bathrooms. Omg bathrooms. Toilet is wobbly, sink drains into a garbage can, soap dispensers do not work and you have to use a condiment bottle for soap. All around 0/10 would not recommend. Will no longer go back. It cost $80 for 4 for lunch and it was awful food. El Salvadorians trying to make mexican food, and they are failing. Way too spicy, poor flavor, and just terrible. And way too expensive for...

This would have easily been a five-star had we had sufficient service. The bar was unsupervised, no hostess was to be found. It took two laps around the restaurant and ten minutes more to be approached at a take-out desk. I have never had a 50/50 rum and coke, and would not recommend ordering one (not that we did). My margarita was frozen, though I asked for it on the rocks. The food was delicious… but the place was empty. Service must play a big part in that. Also, not affordable. 10 dollars a drink is a bit stiff for it to be made wrong and barely digestible. If I didn't love hidden gems, I wouldn't have stayed to know it was great food. Still, taste aside, I wouldn't pay that price for dine in at this establishment again. Maybe takeout, if I was really...
