Pesos Pizza & Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Tunkhannock

After waiting almost 45 minutes extra for our food, we got home to have it be nothing like we ordered. When we called to ask for a refund, the owner accused us of “making things up” and “purposely complaining”. He then refused a refund for a period of time before agreeing to one. I really loved eating here prior to the new ownership, and am disappointed to see the lack of customer service from a restaurant I used to order from weekly. I wish I could post photos of my order receipt versus what I got, but it seems not even the owner cares about what goes into his food as he basically called me a liar. It's great to see something new in this small town, this is the first place that i can recall that serves any sort of mexican food in Tunkhannock. My wife and I ordered "Stinger" wings, gluten free build your own burrito, and a meat burrito. The wings were phenominal. They were crisp, flavorful, and completely lived up to their name. The portions of both burritos were big, the presentation was really good and the ingredients fresh! We both enjoyed our burritos, but couldn't help but to think they were just a little bland. There were a couple menu options for both gluten free and vegetarian meals, and a couple other healthy options. We will deffinitly be back to explore the rest...

Had a very bad experience and will not be returning. Ordered delivery with their location being 2 mins from me due to being at work. Was told I would have a one and a half hour wait. Two hours and twenty minutes later I drove to their location. And they had just sent the driver to deliver my food. Had to wait for the driver to return with my food then grab it from him. When attempting to eat my food the pizza was over cooked and the cheese was dried out and the wings were also overcooked to the point I just threw the food away.
