Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tupelo

The West Main Taco Bell in Tupelo gets our business from time to time. The restaurant is a short drive from our house off of Thomas.

Over the past few years I have gone to ordering on the app and picking up our order. The app makes it easy for everybody to select and customize their items just how they want them. The app also shows any deals available. I have ordered through Ubereats and the others when I had some credits or there was a BOGO deal.

The food has generally been fresh, hot and tasty. We usually have to wait a couple minutes when picking up the order but that is fine since we know it was just made.

I wish I could give a zero star rating. Highly disappointed after tonight. We order through the drive thru I know my husband well enough to know to ask for plain. Well we get home and his steak chaupas are not plain. So I called up there and I talk to this lady who said she was the manager and all she had to say was you didn't say plain and well I can't fix your order tonight no way because I am out of steak. I mean my husband would have ate chicken or beef but she didn't even offer that. I guess I'll go to south gloster from now on. Hate wasting money...

We eat at this particular Taco Bell instead of the one closer to our side of town. The workers are always very nice and make you feel like they actually like being there. They always get our order correct. They always have smiles on their faces! The dinning area is always neat and clean. This past week when we came in we did have to place our order on the kiosk machine, I personally would rather speak to an actual person when I am ordering but this was one time so I know they were probably short staffed. Anyways a great...
