Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Turlock

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in Turlock. I have ordered from this Carl's before and it's usually not as bad as this visit aside from the sticker shock I get when I go there I believe I will be finding a different place to get a good hamburger from now on. I had coupons for the big Carl and I asked if I could get it with onions and tomatoes minus the sauce this request went unaccommodated followed by the woman on speaker sighing... just let me know when you are ready to order! I should have drove off at that moment but I was hungry and had driven across town for a Carl's burger. I had returned home before I had inspected my burger "big mistake" won't do that again. My burger was so soggy that I was not able to eat the bottom bun the wrapper was so saturated it slid out of my hand and began to tear the bottom of the box was so greasy the box had torn at the seams before I had lifted my burger from it the tomatoes and onions were disolving no exaggeration the lettuce was translucent and the Patty was sopped in grease on the bright side my burger was very hot. If I get sick you know what happened to me... not...

I like Hardee's more expensive burgers..they are awesome!, but if you want to eat cheap.. go somewhere else. DONT get one of their $5 boxes! A double cheeseburger is anything but a double because the size of the patties are about the size of a silver dollar and the way they have to put them on the bun to cover 70% of it is ridiculous! and should be considered bait and switch because you only get about as much meat as you would on a single from McDonald's and that still isnt much! OH and if you go to this store in particular and order a number 1 or any of the numbers on the board make sure they know you want THAT meal and NOT the number 1 meal box. I ordered a #1 with a med coke, got their #1 meal box instead which is a "double" cheeseburger, hotdog, cookie, fries and drink. The hotdog had nothing on it.. yay dry hotdog. She offered ketchup and i said yes, but none given. As she handed me the meal box I caught the mistake and said nothing because I figured hey its a cheeseburger how much more different could it be.....sadly...

This review is for the geer location, go to west main!! Much better food and service! I would give 0 stars across the board if I could! The manager is extremely rude and has the worst customer service and attitude in the whole place. She doesn't treat any of the employees that aren't family very nice. She's also cutting anyone's hours that aren't related to her but isn't firing them so that way they don't have to pay unemployment. I know this because my roommate worked there for 2 months. Always going in on his days off and doing double shifts. Was promised $17 an hour as he has a lot of experience working there in the bay area. They gave him minimum wage and stopped giving him any hours at all and hired 2 new people. They were her nieces. So roommate had 0 hours after that. Most all of the other workers are rude as well. Generally looks like no one cares about Carl's Jr around here. And the food all tastes old or cold. Either comes out WAY too quick or takes entirely way too long to be made. Good luck with...
