Valentine’s Day. My wife was breast feeding and the busboy comes conveniently during her nursing taking his time to ogle my wifes voluptuous breasts while she was trying to calm down my infant son. I am disgusted and dismayed. The guy comes to clean the spill suuuuper late, there were plenty of opportunities before or after she’s feeding that this could have been done but he comes back again 2x and doesn’t even finish cleaning with as much time as was taken. Someone else still needed to come after to finish for them. ( no problem I’m not waiting on anyone anyways I don’t make it a habit to expect to be waited on in my personal life) however; Professional advice; there are better times to come and clean a spill that wouldn’t include putting anyone in an awkward predicament. I would make a larger case about it but there is no chance this place takes things like that into consideration. I would suggest retraining on staff taking care of people during situations like these. Sexual harassment may be important in the workplace so owner doesn’t get sued but it should be made ever more important with clientele. Anyone from a distance can see that, *hmm maybe it’s perhaps not the best time to approach these people. Or perhaps send someone who wouldn’t take advantage of that kind of situation such as a woman who can relate who is non threatening to someone who has no other choice but to nurse to feed their child. Guaranteed I will be looking for the busboy outside of work to have a chat. (Yes I...
Read moreToday was my first visit of many more to come. First I was greeted right away by a hostess, I was handed a menus while I waited for my guest to arrive and was told about the New York steak special. I was seated outside in the patio per preference and we had a great Waitress name Bianca. I have food sensitivities and she was able to accommodate me and my me all is exactly how I ordered. She was attentive and refilled my delicious Italian soda which I absolutely loved. Also because of food allergies I was not able to do the cream but nonetheless it was delicious. Unfortunately and fortunately towards the end I had a bit of an accident while in their patio. I was completely mortified and embarrassed to say the least. The waitress was absolutely kind and I noticed another lady that was sitting next to my table was questioning it looking to see what was happening. Am I surprised it was the owner so much I did not know is named Shanin. She was completely gracious towards me understanding and kind. I have learned that kindness is a motion of love. She did not know me but she showed me kindness and so did Bianca. It came up with an idea and helped me and my guest. Below you will see some photos of my drinking meal. However they were great but the human kindness shown to me today was even greater. Thank you for your heart of compassion. Proud to support a fellow small business...
Read moreSo, what do you do when you are treated unfairly ?Being an avid customer I’ll say I never had problems with this place and food. But some issues need to be drawn attention to. Had a guest visiting from abroad, so we decided to dine at this place. It was a Saturday night, we were seated in. Perfect. Another guests walk in after us they were seated too. Normally they serve garlic bread but when we asked for it, they said they were out of it, so I was like okay, not a big deal. Than I see garlic bread going to guests who came after us, felt quite disappointed. Asked for some extra parmesan cheese, the server hands in a bowl of parmesan cheese (which they never do and instead they grate it with a fresh piece). Now, the guests who arrived after us ask for the same and boomm.. a server is there to grate it. We were told kitchen closes at 9:30 so we have to order before that, so we didn’t order more stuff but while we were leaving at 9:40 I see orders being taken from the other table. So, I don’t know what to say here, was this due to employees (no manager present) being in charge or lack of understanding in server on how to treat people equally ? It was embarrassing in...
