Update 7/26/2020: When this location first opened they had wonderful service, and I originally had given them a 5 star rating along with the review at the bottom of this post. Things has went downhill fairly quick since that time. I don’t base my updated review off of one mishap. Several times over the last couple of months I have experienced very poor service. If you order meals for a family of 4 they ask that you pull up or pull to the side. That would typically not be a problem but the first time they asked me to do this it took over 45 minutes for my order to come out and it was wrong when I received it. I called to speak with the manager and was put on hold and nobody came to the phone with it being a little over 20 mins on hold (I remained on hold my entire drive home), hung up called back a few minutes later to be put on hold again. Tonight I ordered... 2 chicken dinners with green beans & mashed potatoes, 1 chicken dinner with mashed potatoes & slaw, & 1 chicken tender dinner with fries & mashed potatoes, ranch dipping sauce. Tried ordering a lemonade shake and was told they weren’t making those right now. I get to the window to pay for my order then I was asked if I would pull over to the side. I told the lady at the window that the last time I was asked to do that, it took over 45 mins for my order to come out. She told me it would only take a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later I call in the store and I am told my order is being brought right out, 5 minutes later still no order. When I finally received my order it was incorrect and missing one of my meals. I pulled back through the drive thru and was rudely told we don’t have any green beans they are cooking (they gave me slaw in place of) asked about the ranch dressing and they then say well we don’t have it either (none of this was told to me when I placed the order). I told them I would like to just get a refund, then the manager on duty was upset because I had “his drive through blocked” until he issued the refund, said he didn’t have time to deal with me. When he issued the refund he done it for less than what I originally paid because he used the incorrect ticket for my refund. Finally he got the refund correct and I left. Said all of the above to say this.... if a district manager doesn’t get on top of properly training management and staff at this location, it won’t last long!

Placing an order using a promotion that Cleary says IN STORE ONLY!! WHY DOES THE THE MANAGER HAVE ALL EMPLOYEES TELL YOU TO USE THE APP to order 4475 skyland blvd. Fairly new location 2424 university blvd and they DONT have nearly half the customers as they once did! Turn over rate through the roof and yet to get 1 decent employee who at least has some common courtesy and greet you instead of just looking at you with their hand out telling you the total! 5/6 employees, 2 being managers, and a store manager but the inside is filthy, 6 outside in the rockers smoking while you sit at drive thru talking to a smart mouth, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL employee! They also LIE and say you can't get two same dark pieces of chicken! But serve you a pie timed @4am. They'll really have you sick and in the hospital. Close it down and get another establishment...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Jack’s I’ve ever been to. The evening manager is so unprofessional and inept! I have gone to the drive thru several times in the early evening only to sit at the menu screen for several minutes without any acknowledgment. I ask “is anyone there?” No answer. So as I pull around to leave, there she is with headset standing there talking to her friend at the drive thru window. I watched as cars in front of me left for the very same reason. And they are always out of something every time I go. One time they were out of straws. They sold me a drink in a paper cup with NO Straw! They literally ran out of straws and were selling drinks without telling anyone that there weren’t any straws. Idiocy! And that’s just one single example.
