Subway — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

So my wife and I decided to stop here last night around 7:15PM Jan 4th 2024. We went in and a guy went back behind the counter and asked if we had a pick up. I said no we just wanted to order. So he said ok what would you like. My wife ordered her sub and I ordered mine. When we got down to adding lettuce etc. My wife got all the things she wanted on it. He then turned to me and asked me what I wanted. I told him and he started working on my sandwich. That’s when I noticed a cockroach running around beside the onions. I pulled my wife back to show her. At the same time I said excuse me and the worker looked up. I pointed to the onions and told him there is a cockroach beside the onions. He jumped back saying he hates bugs. But he did get some paper town and killed it. I am highly dissatisfied with this location. I’m not sure if there has been a change of management or no one there cares about their job. I come from a family with strong work ethics, I was taught no matter your job you take pride in it. This location does not! Today, I witnessed two men either intoxicated or just plain disrespectful knock over all their gift cards and purposely spill his drink beside me. They were out of most things we wanted to order. My bread was not made correctly, the employee was nice and explained it wasn’t but that didn’t make the situation okay. If you know you messed up, fix it. Got my food Door Dashed from this location and wow … not a good wow. I ordered the Titan Turkey which is supposed to come with “33% more turkey” and this is why I ordered it. I ordered it on Artisanal Italian and was given herbs and cheese , I also asked for smashed avocado and didn’t get that. This was all after I waited 30 minutes for them to wait and tell the driver (when he arrived to pick it up) that they were out of rotisserie chicken for the other sandwich that I ordered. So I told them to use grilled chicken.
