The food here is a 5 out of 5! The service is a 2 out of 5! Every ounce of our pho, Bhan Mi and egg rolls was delicious! The service leaves a lot to be desired. They are slow to seat you and slow to serve you. They do not wait on tables here. They drop off your food and you have to ask left and right for water and napkins. Wait staff is completely dry and rather unfriendly. I only bumped it to 4 stars because the food was that good. I put more weight on food quality than the service.
Update: 11-15-23 The service here is absolutely atrocious. This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve visited this place. Walked up to the hostess stand and nobody was there. Looked inside the kitchen and the owners/managers were just staring at us for 5 minutes. They didn’t bother to ask if we’d like a table they just simply stared at us. We had to yell across the restaurant “Do we just seat ourselves!?”. One of them walks over reluctantly and dumps us off at a table without greeting or asking if we’d like water. We knew from past experiences that we were about to be waiting a very long time to order food let alone get a glass of water. To be very clear how bad it was only 1/4th of the entire tables in the restaurant were occupied. We were hesitant to come back but we knew at the very least the food would be solid. We waited at our table for 10 minutes watching the faces of frustrated nearby patrons as they themselves were trying to flag down the “waitstaff”. To top it off we had a sick 3 year old in the car who was crying and didn’t want to go into the restaurant with us. The owners have been simply running the restaurant undermanned because they don’t want to fork out the “extra money” for more help. They’ve been open for several years so apparently it’s not hurting them that much but imagine if they invested in extra labor how much busier they would be. Their bottom line would grow vastly. Enough is enough…don’t need to be stared at like we’re criminals when we’re simply trying to hand the business...
Read moreThe environment of the place is really nice and comforting, i arrived and got seated right away but they did take long to take my order i want to say it was atleast 10min before i had to stare at the waiter and then he came and took my order. I did like that he mentioned the lunch special which was basically what i was ordering so that was nice . The broth its self tasted really bland to me, im not one to add sriracha or the "brown sauce" to my pho and i did to this one and i added quite alot. I got the chicken pho and to me even though the broth itself was boiling hot the chikens texture just seemed thick and dull. The lunch special came with 2 eggrolls and they actually forgot to bring them out to me, i had to remind the waiter that my order also came with eggrolls. I was upset with the eggrolls because they weren't hot they were warm but ive had eggrolls where they are still cooking on the plate. The only reason im not giving it a 1 star is because the pho was hot and it stayed hot till the moment i finished it and it didnt look thick like most pho get when they start to cool down. Would i come back , no i wouldn't . Would i recommend it to people? no, but the place was pretty packed with people but this...

This is probably the best Pho restaurant in Tustin, and if it was in Little Saigon, it would probably get a cult following as well. Decor is very hip and modern. Oversized wood chairs and floor give the space a warm feel and lots of natural light brighten up the place.
The broth is packed with aromatics. The cinnamon & star anise are very pronounced. I feel the brisket could be more tender. They bring your utensils out in this neat little woven basket.
Only down side I've seen here is the slow service, especially during the lunch rush. It took 15 minutes to get our food out to us. That's an eternity when you're talking Vietnamese restaurant terms.
Overall, solid spot for Pho and I believe I'll...
