I ordered one large pizza, a 2 L sierra mist, and their cookie dessert. It said it was going to take about 29 to 38 minutes. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. It took an hour and 45 minutes for me to get my food. The tracker just kept saying being prepared. When I called them no one answered the phone. I called a second time no answer. Two seconds later I get a text all of a sudden now it’s out for delivery. When the lady came to deliver it one she forgot my soda in the car so she went back to go get it. I opened my pizza and my pizza stone cold. When she brings me my soda it’s not even a 2 L they only have the 16 ounces so they brought me like three of them instead of calling me to ask if I wanted to change it. This is ridiculous having to wait almost 2 hours when it said maybe 30 minutes on top. The fact that they didn’t even call me to let me know it was going to take longer. Read moreI have always had the best service at this Papa John’s!, and this is my first review of them. I am writing this because they have gone above and beyond this visit!! We ordered 2 pizzas one of which I wanted thin crust, both were order regular crust “my bad” We called back a few minutes later and requested a Thin crust. They were more than happy to oblige. Our delivery arrived within the expected time but unfortunately they were both regular crust.. ok no biggie. A few minutes later there was another knock at the door, another delivery driver! It was our thin crust we called back to request be changed 🙌🏻 No questions asked we were given the other pizza. On top of that the manager called (missed the call) to let us know the other pizza had been dispatched and was on its way. First of all they’re customer service is horrible, when you do an online call and you ask about the specials (for example on medium pizza) then do so, they say call the corporate office. Call the corporate office to get a pizza? Second, we enter the store and the person cannot even bother to come to the front and talk and mumbles from the back of the store getting frustrated at us for not hearing her. She then tells us that there is a 35 minute wait and we ask is going to take 35 minutes to make the pizza or to order it and she says she has lots of orders. An ambiguous answer.
